In 2021, China ranked first with the sales of 2.9398 million new energy passenger cars, accounting for 45% of the global new energy passenger car market share, and in general, the sales performance of new energy vehicles in the Chinese market is more eye-catching.
Tesla begins the largest recall in the company's history
Recently, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued an announcement that Tesla is conducting safety recalls on more than 817,000 vehicles because of problems with the seat belt tips of the relevant batches of vehicles. The size of the vehicles in this recall is equivalent to 87.2% of its annual sales. The recall includes the Model S and Model X produced between 2021 and 2022, the Model 3 produced between 2017 and 2022, and the Model Y produced between 2020 and 2022. The reason for the recall was a software issue that prevented the buzzer from activating after the vehicle in question had been activated and the driver was not fastening his seat belt, resulting in no seat belt ringing. The lack of cores caused Ford to suspend or cut production at eight plants
