In the past four years, the new car review will launch an annual recommendation list every year, giving our car purchase recommendations for more than ten model levels on sale, and this annual opening dish has also been warmly welcomed by everyone. However, this year, when we prepared this list, we encountered great challenges.
The core of the challenge is the confrontation between electric vehicles and fuel vehicles. As we all know, in 2021, the growth rate of new energy vehicles in the Chinese market is very high, higher than everyone predicted at the beginning of 2021. Among the new cars launched in 2021, new energy vehicles also occupy half of the country.
This change in the market pattern will even greatly affect the purchase decisions of fuel vehicle buyers. You may also find that in the current fuel vehicle market, the "oligopolistic effect" has become more and more obvious, and most people will focus on the range of car selection at the head of the market when buying a car. Brands and models that are weak in the market are becoming more and more marginalized in the market.
So, when we were preparing for this year's annual recommendation, we found that the vast majority of fuel vehicle classes, our recommended model is exactly the same as last year. Some levels have strong hand changes, such as Civic, Highlander, etc., but they are themselves in the top five at each level, in fact, they have not affected the big picture. All we need to do seem to be doing is replace the picture of the new car.
In the end, we made a bold decision: this year's annual recommendation, we mainly focus on new energy vehicles. Considering the PHEV and the extended-range electric group, the current will basically be the result of an ideal ONE + a bunch of BYD, so our list this time is based on pure electric vehicles. According to the price point, we set out 5 levels, and also ranked 5 of the most worthwhile models in each level, in order.
According to the principle that the new car review has always emphasized the experience rather than the parameters, some models that have been released, or even we have done static experience, we are not included in this list, such as Cadillac LYRIQ, Weilai ET7 and so on. Because even if it is a pure electric "smart car", we also hope to take driving experience, quality and reliability as important considerations. Futures, even if the parameters are good, we dare not recommend to consumers in advance.
As for fuel vehicles, we have compiled some important models that will be listed in 2021, giving separate reasons for recommendation, and attaching them to the list of electric vehicles. These dozen cars are also considered to be one of the few highlights of the current stagnant fuel vehicle market in the past year, and friends who want to buy fuel vehicles can focus on these cars.
