Moreover, he also sent people, together with the original Officials of the Qin Dynasty, down to the counties, townships, and villages to propagate propaganda, so that the people would all know about the "Three Chapters of the Covenant Law." Therefore, the people of Qindi were very happy and rushed to send cattle and sheep wine to eat and feast for comfort, but Liu Bangjian refused.
Later generations of Confucians were extremely excited whenever they thought of this. For example, Zhang Juzheng spoke highly of this: The foundation of the Han Dynasty for four hundred years is all in this.
