National intangible cultural heritage debuted during the Spring Festival
Recently, the State Council announced the fifth batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative projects list, Quanzhou a total of 3 projects selected, including Quanzhou lion, Quanzhou wood carving, and Yongchun traditional incense making technology as the representative of Fujian incense making technology. At present, Quanzhou has 36 representative projects of national intangible cultural heritage, ranking among the forefront of prefecture-level cities in the country.

During the Spring Festival, Quanzhou wood carving crafts are displayed and performed in various museums. In addition, from the first to the fourth day of the Chinese New Year, there are also lion performances in Qingyuan Mountain.
"Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Quanzhou's excellent traditional culture."
