TSMC said it has developed the world's first wafer automatic import and export system

The U.S. Stock Research Agency learned that TSMC said in the latest issue of ESG e-newsletter that it has developed the world's first wafer automatic import and export system, effectively reducing the handling volume of warehouse employees by 95% and saving 13 million manual operations per year. TSMC expects to complete the series connection with the cleanroom automatic wafer entry and exit system in the third quarter of 2022 to achieve fully automated wafer entry and exit management.
