Since the formation of the team, the Chinese team has gone to Russia, Canada, Finland, Germany and other countries for overseas training, and participated in more than 100 international competitions. Among them, in 2018, he participated in the Paralympic Ice Hockey World Championship Group C competition, won the championship, and successfully advanced to Group B; in 2019, he participated in the Paralympic Ice Hockey World Championship B competition and won the third place; in 2021, he competed in the World Championship Group B, won the championship with a record of five victories and successfully advanced to Group "A", and at the same time qualified for the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games. The head coach of the Chinese Paralympic ice hockey team is the famous Russian coach Nikolai Sharshukov, and the domestic high-level ice hockey coach assists in training.
