The overall sales of French models are sluggish, and the sales of models such as Peugeot 508 and Citroen C6 are low, which is also the embodiment of the sales of DPCA in China. As for the models with dismal sales, most of them are new energy models, such as Kia K5 plug-in hybrid, DS9 PHEV, Peugeot 508L PHEV, Hyundai Sonata PHEV and so on. Judging from the list, only two joint venture new energy models exceed 10,000 units, of which the Passat PHEV is 14902 and the Magotan GTE is 10055.

Judging from the list, medium-sized cars as a whole rely on mainstream joint venture brands such as Honda, Toyota, and Volkswagen, and under the pressure of German-Japanese joint venture brands, some second- and third-tier brands can only increase the discounts in the terminal market to maintain the overall sales level. In terms of independent brands, Hongqi H5 is a more representative model, while Xiaopeng P7, as the only electric vehicle out of the circle, can compete with some second- and third-tier joint venture models. As for Korean and French brands, they still continue to develop in a sluggish manner.
