But this Mocha PHEV is different, the TA is equipped with a 4N20 type 2.0T engine, matched by an electrified 9HDCT transmission, which is a separate transmission with three clutches/nine physical gears, and there is only one P2 layout motor at the front of the transmission as auxiliary power. At the rear axle, the car supports the P4 bridge like the previous Mocha DHT-PHEV, and drives the rear wheels through a separate rear axle motor, eliminating the need for a central drive shaft to achieve four-wheel drive.
