The "International Silk Art Exhibition" was held at the Provincial Museum

On January 20, the "Splendid World - International Silk Art Exhibition" was launched at the Guizhou Provincial Museum.

The art exhibition is jointly organized by the Guizhou Provincial Museum and the China Silk Museum. The art exhibition is in order of region, through the three parts of "Asia", "Europe" and "Africa and the Americas", one by one, showing the types of silk produced or used in countries and regions of the four continents, including weaving, printing and dyeing, embroidery and other categories. The fine cultural relics of Guizhou Miao embroidery collected by the Provincial Museum, including the embroidered cloud shoulder of the pine peach Miao ethnic group with empty flowers, the female suit of the Butterfly Pattern of the Huaxi Miao ethnic group, and the waist of the Zhouxi Miao silkworm piece embroidery are also displayed in this exhibition.
