Chengdu, October 18 (China Youth Daily, China Youth Daily reporter Wang Xinxin) On the morning of October 18, the opening ceremony of the 2021 and 2020 graduation ceremony of the Sichuan Provincial Young Marxist Training Project was held at the Sichuan Provincial Youth League School. The "Guidelines for the Training of Young Marxists in Sichuan Province" was released at the same time.
A total of 55 students participated in the opening ceremony of the "Tsing Ma Project" in 2021. Among them, 41 students from college classes are from 29 colleges and universities in Sichuan Province, and 14 students from social organization classes are from 10 cities (prefectures) in Sichuan Province.
After the completion of this theoretical study, the trainees will undergo a one-year intensive training and receive systematic party spirit education and practical training. After the end of the centralized training, it will be a two-year follow-up training, and the particularly outstanding students will be included in the reserve talent pool and will be recommended with special attention.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Sichuan Provincial Young Marxist Training Project Work Promotion Conference was held at the same time, and the meeting made arrangements for the "Qingma Project" in Sichuan Province for a period of time to come. According to the relevant responsible person of the Sichuan Provincial CPC Committee, sichuan province will, on the basis of the first batch of 12 pilot units last year, continue to carry out the second batch of "Qingma Project" pilot work in Sichuan Province in Chengdu, Panzhihua, Deyang, Guangyuan, Neijiang, Yibin, Bazhong, Ya'an, Ganzi and other cities (prefectures) and some counties (cities and districts) this year, and plans to open classes for colleges and universities, state-owned enterprises, social organizations, rural classes, and comprehensive classes.
Sichuan Province plans to gradually establish and improve the training system of unified planning, division of labor and responsibility, and linkage education at the provincial, municipal and county levels by doing a solid job of county-level training classes, excellent municipal-level training classes, and fine provincial-level training classes, and create a progressive training structure with the county-level "Qingma Project" training class as the base, the municipal "Qingma Project" training class as the tower body, and the provincial "Qingma Project" training class as the spire, so as to promote the in-depth development of the "Qingma Project".
The meeting issued the "Guidelines for the Training of Young Marxists in Sichuan Province", which clarified the procedures and methods of the trainees in the selection, education, management, evaluation and use of students, aiming to promote the systematization, scientific training and standardized management of the "Qingma Project" system in the province.
