In order to accumulate better development "momentum" for the high-quality development of the judicial procuratorate and the procuratorate in the new era, and to further promote the legal professional community, the Ningming County People's Court and the Ningming County People's Procuratorate decided to hold a one-year joint training course for young cadres to carry out training in the same classroom.
On the afternoon of February 24, the opening ceremony was held at the Ningming County Procuratorate, Yang Deqing, secretary of the party group and president of the county court, attended the meeting and made a speech; Li Jing, deputy director of the organization department of the county party committee and secretary of the two new party working committees; and Nong Mengji, deputy secretary of the political and legal committee of the county party committee, attended the meeting for guidance.
Li Jing affirmed the ningming county court and procuratorate's practice of holding joint training courses for young cadres and training in the same classroom, and put forward three hopes for young cadres and policemen: First, strengthen ideals and convictions. Always take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide, resolutely defend the "two establishments", enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve "two safeguards". The second is to dare to bravely shoulder heavy burdens. Always maintain the responsibility of bravely shouldering heavy burdens, maintain the spirit of struggle to overcome difficulties, and embody the original intention and mission in handling every case, completing every task, and performing every duty. The third is to actively invigorate the spirit. Always maintain an enterprising posture of reform and innovation, update ideological concepts and procuratorial concepts, improve internal quality, temper hard skills, and make contributions in serving the county party committee in implementing the "six major actions", promoting the "five projects", and building a "border city".
Nong Mengji pointed out that this year is the year of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the beginning of the second centenary goal, and it is of great significance and necessity to hold a joint training course for young cadres of the two academies at such an important moment. The purpose of holding this joint training course is to "sharpen the knife and not cut wood by mistake," to continuously enhance the comprehensive quality and ability of political and legal cadres to perform their duties, to strive to solve the problem of "panic in skill," and to lay a solid ideological foundation for strengthening the revolutionization, regularization, specialization, and professionalization of the contingent of political and legal personnel.
Yang Deqing pointed out: Holding a joint training course for young cadres of the two procuratorates and cultivating outstanding young cadres is a personnel training work that the leading bodies of the two procuratorates have carefully planned and attached great importance to; it is the need for the development of the rule of law cause in Ningming County; it is the need for building a contingent of cadres of courts and procuratorates who are loyal, clean, and responsible for high-quality specialization; it is also the need for optimizing the structure of the leading bodies of the two procuratorates; and young cadres and policemen should attach great importance to and cherish opportunities. Yang Deqing put forward four requirements for cadres and policemen participating in the training: First, conscientiously study and gain something through this training; second, apply what they have learned and apply the results of their studies to their work; third, they should learn from each other, exchange and learn from each other, make full use of their strong points and avoid their weaknesses, and make progress together; fourth, set strict requirements, strictly abide by discipline, and ensure the smooth development of training.
In his concluding speech, Zheng Wen pointed out that it is necessary to deepen the training of the two courts in the same classroom, build a window and bridge for the interconnection of the two courts through the "same lesson" between procurators and judges, further update the judicial concept, consolidate the judicial consensus, find the best integration point and the greatest common divisor at the level of law, policy, concept and practice, jointly promote the construction of peace and tranquility, rule of law, and ningming, and greet the victory of the party's twenty national congresses with excellent results.
