On June 1, a number of domestic new energy vehicle companies announced their May delivery data. Details are as follows:
(1) SAIC: Sold 81,000 NEVs in May and 365,000 NEVs from January to May, up more than 27% y/y.
(2) GAC Aion: Global sales in May were 40,073 units, an increase of 42.5% month-on-month.
(3) Li Auto: 35,020 vehicles were delivered in May, a year-on-year increase of 23.8%. As of May 31, 2024, Li Auto has delivered a total of 774571 vehicles.
(4) NIO: 20,544 new vehicles were delivered in May, up 233.8% year-on-year and 31.5% month-on-month, a record high. From January to May this year, NIO delivered 66,217 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 51%. So far, NIO has delivered a total of 515811 new vehicles.
(5) ZEEKR Automobile: 18,616 new vehicles were delivered in May, a year-on-year increase of 115% and a month-on-month increase of 16%, setting a new record high. Up to now, ZEEKR has delivered more than 260,000 vehicles.
(6) Leapmotor: 18,165 units were delivered in May.
(7) Xpeng Motors: 10,146 vehicles were delivered in May, up 35% year-on-year and 8% month-on-month; So far this year, 41,360 vehicles have been delivered, a year-on-year increase of 26%.
(8) Nezha Automobile: 10,113 vehicles were delivered in May.
(9) Xiaomi Auto: A total of 8,630 Xiaomi SU7 units were delivered in May. In order to speed up the delivery, the factory will open double shifts in June to ensure the delivery of 10,000 vehicles in a single month, 100,000 vehicles in the whole year, and 120,000 vehicles in a sprint.
(10) VOYAH Automotive: 4,521 vehicles were delivered in May, up 51% year-on-year. The cumulative sales from January to May were 24,869 units, a year-on-year increase of 107%.
The delivery cycle of Lynk & Co 07 EM-P will start after launch, and users who complete the lock-up order before June 30 (including that day) will have the following delivery cycle:
