At 9:30 a.m., fire rescue personnel arrived at the scene to reconnoiter and found that a cement pouring truck had overturned on the side of the road, and there was a trapped person inside, and the man's leg was tightly stuck in the cab, accompanied by heavy bleeding. After understanding the situation, the commander immediately formulated a rescue plan, dispatched a vigilance team to conduct safety vigilance at the scene, and the safety officer made observation next to the vehicle and paid attention to the condition of the vehicle at any time.

The commander ordered the rest of the rescue personnel to use the lifting air cushion to expand the cab while taking personal protective measures, and then a firefighter entered from the broken window to provide fixed protection for the trapped people, and used the rescue vehicle to pull the cab to rescue the trapped people. After intense rescue, the trapped people were successfully rescued and sent to the hospital for further treatment.
