On the morning of January 20, the Xiangyang District People's Government held the first meeting of the district to prevent the "small fire victims" fire accident and all members of the Consumer Safety Committee in the conference room on the fourth floor of the government. The second is to grasp the current work priorities and implement the responsibility for fire control work. All street offices, public security police stations, and members of the fire safety committee of the whole district should follow the principle of "who is in charge, who is responsible", truly perform fire safety work duties, and always put fire safety in the first place. It is necessary to continue to organize and carry out special rectification work on fire safety in key industries such as crowded places and "nine small places" in the whole region, strengthen the investigation and rectification of major sources of danger and hidden risks in key parts, the work of "three clearances and three passes" of high-rise residential buildings and residential communities, fire safety inspection of vulnerable groups, and timely elimination of fire hazards. At the same time, do a good job of duty inspection. Leaders of various departments (units) and streets should personally lead the shift and be on duty 24 hours a day. Form a situation of "safety self-defense, hidden danger self-examination, and problem self-correction" for the effective implementation of the main responsibility of fire protection.

All street offices, public security police stations, and units of the fire safety committee of the whole district should go deep into key units, key places, and key parts to carry out inspections in accordance with their respective fire control work scopes, and all street offices, district residents' committee members and grid members should pay close attention to vulnerable groups, evacuation channels for residents' residences, illegal charging of electric bicycles, fireworks and firecrackers during the festival, and "three clearances and three passes". Public security police stations do a good job of fire safety inspections in "nine small places", stores along the street, "three-in-one", "all-in-one" and other places, and each fire safety member unit carries out fire safety inspections of their respective units in accordance with industry departments, paying attention to work methods and methods, putting an end to formalities, cold and hard and arbitrary, maximizing the level of fire prevention of social units themselves, and effectively preventing fire accidents in "small fire victims" and "two sections and two sessions" fire safety prevention work.
