In order to comprehensively promote the training of all staff posts, recently, the Pinggu District Fire Rescue Detachment organized the 2022 Spring Festival Long-distance Running Competition, and the members of the party committee of the detachment led the team to participate in the competition, and more than 80 people from the detachment organs and grass-roots teams participated in the competition.
A total of two subjects were set up in this long-distance running competition: the 10,000-meter run of the grass-roots fire rescue station and the 5,000-meter run of the organ. The party committee of the pre-race detachment attaches great importance to it, plans and deploys in advance, and allocates special funds to ensure the development of activities. At the same time, in strict accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness, standardize the standards for adjudication, and set up full-time security personnel to strengthen safety control in an all-round and whole process. During the competition, all the participants overcame the adverse effects of cold weather and other adverse effects, had high morale, fought bravely, showed a good mental outlook, and achieved the expected effect of the competition. The award ceremony was organized as soon as possible after the competition, and trophies, prizes and honorary certificates were awarded to the three teams and six individuals who won the winning place.
In the next step, the Pinggu District Fire Rescue Detachment will continue to focus on the main task of combat training, firmly establish the orientation of actual combat training, and promote the formation of a strong training atmosphere of "constant thinking about war, diligent planning, intensive study of war, hard training, strict preparation, and ability to fight well", improve the team's ability to win battles in actual combat, and promote the war training work to a new level.
