As Yan Xishan's confidant, Fu Zuoyi's position in the Jin Sui Army was not insignificant, and he also refused Chiang Kai-shek's solicitation in the Central Plains War and resolutely resisted the Central Army. However, after the liberation war began, Fu Zuoyi, as the commander of the "suppression of the general" in North China, the People's Liberation Army was also quite entangled with him. After much consideration, the central government decided to persuade Fu Zuoyi, hoping that he would be able to peacefully revolt.
And this heavy responsibility was handed over to Fu Dongju, the daughter of Fu Zuoyi. As the eldest daughter of Fu Zuoyi, Fu Dongju was deeply influenced by communism and even secretly joined the Communist Party of China in 1947. It was also with her help that the People's Liberation Army won many battles and was particularly clear about each of Fu Zuoyi's layouts. Later, Fu Dongju also tried to persuade his father for more than ten days, and finally forced Fu Zuoyi to accept the peaceful reorganization and lead an uprising.
It can be said that the peaceful liberation of Fu Dongju in Beiping was the first achievement, so what happened to her later? After that, Fu Dongju did not enter politics, but chose her favorite journalistic profession, and she was also promoted to deputy director. However, during the special period of ten years, she was still treated wrongly, and was not rehabilitated until later. In 2007, Fu Dongju completed her life at the age of 83.
