But not everything must be solved by war, war is the next strategy, if it is not helpless, who will like to work hard and hurt money?
During the Liberation War, Peiping, the current capital of Beijing, did not have a war; it was peacefully liberated. At that time, Peiping was Fu Zuoyi's town guard, and he was a senior general of the Kuomintang, and the Communist Party thought of many ways and did a lot of work to liberate Beiping, but it always had little effect.
The central leaders did not want to start another war, so they knocked on the side and found a breakthrough point from Fu Zuoyi's daughter Fu Dongju. She was a Communist, and she agreed with the Communist Party's revolutionary ideas, so she gladly accepted the job assigned to her by the Party Central Committee. With her unremitting efforts, Fu Zuoyi compromised, and Peiping was peacefully liberated; this was a great contribution.
Fu Zuoyi, a native of Shanxi, received a good education when he was young, and he was talented and talented; his grades in various subjects were among the best. He was also a veteran revolutionary, having followed Dr. Sun Yat-sen to the Xinhai Revolution at an early age, and although Fu Zuoyi was only seventeen years old at the time, he was deeply attracted by the ideas of democratic revolution.
So Fu Zuoyi actively developed himself, became the student platoon leader of the rebel army, cooperated with the rebel army headquarters to resist the Qing army, and eventually overthrew the Manchu Qing Dynasty. After the overthrow of the feudal dynasty, Fu Zuoyi once again entered the school to study, mainly to strengthen the training in riding and shooting.
After graduating from school, Fu Zuoyi returned to his hometown of Shanxi and joined the local Jin army. He also rose to the position of division commander with his outstanding performance, but the army was later absorbed after a warlord melee.
During the anti-Japanese period, he always showed his determination to actively resist Japan, not only severely condemning the cruel acts of the Japanese army, but also leading the soldiers to the battlefield in person. The Red Geltu, the Suiyuan War of Resistance, and the Fierce Battle of Taiyuan all had the merits of Fu Zuoyi. By 1937, Fu Zuoyi had risen again and again in his official position and had become the commander-in-chief of the general.
During the Liberation War, Fu Zuoyi actively cooperated with Chiang Kai-shek to give our party a lot of obstacles, and he also established the North China Bandit Suppression Headquarters in 1947, and he was the commander-in-chief. Later, it also remained in North China until the peaceful liberation of Peiping.
Fu Zuoyi had a daughter named Fu Dongju, who was also his first child, born in 1924; at this time, Fu Zuoyi was already the commander of the Fourth Brigade and The Eighth Regiment of the Jin Army. Therefore, Fu Dongju's family conditions since childhood were relatively upstream, and of course he received a good education; but Fu Zuoyi's work became more and more busy.
In 1941, Fu Zuoyi was running around for the anti-Japanese resistance. On the one hand, it was for the safety of his family, and on the other hand, it was also for his convenience of movement; Fu Zuoyi sent his wife and daughter to Chongqing to settle down. At this time, Fu Dongju, who was already seventeen years old, continued to receive education, completed the middle school course at Nankai Middle School, and then was admitted to Southwest United University with his own efforts.
The schools of that era were the most accessible places to revolutionary ideas, and Fu Dongju was no exception to socialism and the Communist Party in school; and was deeply attracted to them. She also not only appreciated, but also took action, and participated in the Clarion Club and various student sports organized.
Because of her outstanding performance, the Communists, although they knew that her father Fu Zuoyi was a Kuomintang general, still developed her into a Communist Party member. Her main work in the Party was propaganda, and Since graduating from university, Fu Dongju has been working in a newspaper; she has made outstanding contributions to the progressive ideological propaganda work of our Party.
When it comes to Fu Dongju, in addition to her role in propaganda, her most prominent performance is to promote the peaceful liberation of Peiping. Fu Dongju had officially become a member of the Communist Party in 1947, which meant that she needed to obey the party's arrangements; this laid the foundation for the peaceful liberation of Peiping.
The war in the Liaoshen region was in full swing, and it was at this time that Fu Dongju received an order from her superiors to go to Beiping to do the ideological work of her father Fu Zuoyi. Out of consideration for the military power in the hands of Fu Zuoyi at that time, Chiang Kai-shek still strongly hoped that Fu Zuoyi would stand in his camp.
But at the same time, our party was constantly seeking opportunities to cooperate with Fu Zuoyi; it was just that Fu Zuoyi had never made a clear statement. Later, the Party Central Committee discovered Fu Dongju's relationship and asked him to return to his father, hoping to persuade him to hand over the power of Beiping. Fu Dongju firmly stands on the side of the Communist Party, and she has always believed that the Communist Party can bring light to China and the people.
She confronted her father and identified herself directly; but since this was his first child, she didn't pay much attention to it, except for a hint of anger when she first found out. However, Fu Dongju had been sorting out the communist materials and putting them on his father's desk, and over time, Fu Zuoyi did not have such a tough attitude at the beginning.
Finally, in early 1949, Fu Zuoyi and the Communist Party reached an agreement after many negotiations. That is, Fu Zuoyi handed over the Beiping regime, and all his troops were absorbed by the Communists; of course, he himself became one of the leaders of the new China, and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as the minister of water resources.
With the successful liberation of all parts of the country, New China was also successfully established in 1949. After the founding of New China, Fu Dongju continued to engage in journalism. After the peaceful liberation of Peiping, the Party Central Committee also intended to arrange for her to take on other jobs, but Fu Dongju said that she loved journalism, so she has been working in the news work.
After all, the news position is also a key area of national construction and ideological emancipation; Fu Dongju is not not unused, but she has not entered the political field, and this is her own choice. But in the field of journalism, she is also the leader of the new China; although in different fields, she is also an important part.
In 1951, she was transferred to the People's Daily, which is actually a manifestation of the state's reuse of her. Later, she was transferred to Hong Kong to continue her work at Xinhua News Agency, and her contributions in the field of journalism also played an indelible role in the construction and development of New China.
Fu Dongju's success in persuading his father was a great contribution. This contribution is not only for the founding of the Communist Party of China or New China, but also for the Chinese people; because once Peiping is not peacefully liberated, it will inevitably be liberated through war. And once there is a battle, the city of Beijing will not only suffer destruction, but the people will have no place to live.
As for whether Fu Dongju was reused in New China, it was not just to see whether she had received the high-ranking official Feng Lu; but to focus on her own wishes. She loved journalism and continued to devote herself to journalism after the founding of New China, which is actually her important use.
