Xiao Qianxi: Hello tencent parenting netizens, I am Xiao Qianxi of Abdala, I am very happy to attend the 2021 TWP Tencent Wisdom Parenting Annual Ceremony, hereby, I would like to thank Tencent Parenting for awarding us the 2021 Parent Trust Education Brand Award for Abudala Academy, which is an honor created by all our small partners in Abdala Academy, and also a beautiful testimony to the quality of teaching that all Abdala parents and students support and trust in us.

Speaking of trust, I would like to share a small story with you, on May 20, 2016, my girlfriend at the time, now a child, named Kitty, founded Abdala, when the first child signed up we only had a 15 square meter classroom, no license, not even a signboard, the next day when the parents sent the child to us, the head did not return and left. Later, I often said that if we decided not to do it that day and took the child away, it is estimated that no one would know. So from the beginning of our founding, Abdala is because of the trust of our parents, so we continue to self-innovation and self-creation. In our most difficult and difficult times, it is also because our parents tell us: "Teacher, you are really too professional, too hardworking, you will succeed", it is because of this trust and encouragement that we abdallah continue to overcome difficulties and break through many barriers, and develop and grow.

Moderator: There are a few questions I would like to ask you, the theme of this year's festival is to go all the way to the future, what are your expectations for the future of the education industry, I would like to ask you to talk about the planning and goals for 2022.

Xiao Qianxi: We in Abdala are a quality education institution for young children, at the beginning of our establishment, we established a development direction for quality education, and took the cultivation of high-quality world citizens with leadership ability and international vision as our mission.

In 2022, we hope to further refine the development of the curriculum, and at the same time accelerate the pace of development to provide a better growth experience for children in the local community. We also invite the vast number of netizens to witness our 2022 together.

I am full of expectations for the future of the education industry, but also full of confidence, because I am full of confidence in China's development, because China is now the world's second largest economy, our GDP has maintained high-quality high-speed growth for decades, which is an economic data in the eyes of outsiders, but in my opinion, I think it is a very good backing for the development of education. I myself am also a father of a one-year-old child, and I often think about the problem of the return rate of education for our children, that is, whether the money I invest in the education of my children is worth it, whether it is highly rewarded, or whether the child can find a good job, live a good life, and have a happy life in the future, which is also a question that thousands of parents are thinking about.

Only with the sustained and high-quality development of the economy, our children's working environment will become better, wages will be higher, the promotion space will be greater, the entrepreneurial space will be greater, our return on education will be higher, and only a high rate of return on education can prompt more parents to be more willing to invest in education in their children. Especially in the context of our 2021, mechanical repetitive brush questions to raise points, has come to an end, the country from the macro policy to guide education back to the truth, pay attention to the cultivation of children's quality and ability, we Abudala in the English language ability training found that by cultivating children's oral speech, drama, cultural appreciation ability at the same time, they return to school to test, the score is also higher than the score of children who brush questions every day, which is the witness of our quality education ability. Moderator: Thank you for sharing. Finally, as a practitioner in the field of children's education, how do you view the importance of educational ideals and social responsibilities in running schools, and how do you practice them?

Xiao Qianxi: The ideal of education is an ideal education for me, I think the ideal education should be an education for people themselves, this kind of education, one is small class system, the second is personalized, the third is enlightening, and it is not a flood irrigation education, nor is it a factory education born in the context of the industrial revolution. Jobs that don't require the ability to innovate.

In the future, China will become a strong country, and China's development will become high-quality development, and our way of education must be reformed.

Therefore, I think that national education is a social responsibility of all educators. Whether we educators can cultivate talents that are oriented to the world and the future, and are not limited to the current pressure of examinations and further education, this is the challenge of our educators.

Children are China's future, China's future also needs them to create, now our Chinese children learn the knowledge system and twenty years ago, thirty years ago the knowledge system is actually not much different, may be that the test questions have become a little more difficult, but the core knowledge system has not changed. These will lead to whether we can determine that in a few decades, this body of knowledge they will use will be able to solve China's future challenges and global challenges, and I think we should make changes.
