"Where are the children studying?" "When does registration start?" "What documents do I need to register?" …… The issue of children's reading has always been a major concern for students' parents. On May 12, Zhongkai High-tech Zone issued a notice on the enrollment of new students in public schools in the compulsory education stage of Zhongkai High-tech Zone in 2024.
1. Basic principles
According to the principle of "admission without examination", students will be enrolled in batches.
II. Applicable Objects
(1) School-age children and teenagers with Zhongkai's household registration (including collective households);
(2) The children of those who are subject to policy-based care who enjoy the benefits of household registration students;
The first grade is for school-age children who have reached the age of six, that is, children born before August 31, 2018 (including 31). Grade 7 enrollment is open to 2024 Primary 6 graduates.
3. Registration batch
Public schools recruit new students with household registration in the district, and admit them in the order of batches, the specific batches are as follows:
The children of policy-based care recipients refer to: martyrs, active-duty soldiers, public security heroes, public security policemen who sacrificed their lives and were disabled in the line of duty, fire and rescue personnel, "Zhongkai Good People", "Kaixuan Talents", Youyue Huicai Card holders (special, A and B), Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas personnel, and other children who enjoy the treatment of household registration students.
The above-mentioned school-age children and adolescents who meet the requirements for applying for policy-based care shall be arranged to study in a nearby or relatively nearby public school in their place of residence (subject to the address of the residence permit or the address of the property right house) in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations and in combination with the degree situation. When applying for study, in addition to the documents required in the above table, relevant supporting materials must be provided.
Fourth, the division of school districts
Primary school enrollment is not based on graduation kindergarten and has nothing to do with which kindergarten the student graduated from. Junior high school admissions are not based on the primary school from which they graduated, regardless of which elementary school the student graduated from.
For example, if Student A graduated from Zhongkai No. 1 Primary School, but his guardian's current ID address is not within the school district of Zhongkai Middle School Affiliated Junior High School, he cannot apply for Zhongkai Middle School Affiliated Junior High School.
Another example: although student B does not graduate from a primary school in our district, but the student's household registration address is within the school district of the junior high school affiliated to Zhongkai Middle School, he can apply for the junior high school affiliated to Zhongkai Middle School. 5. Registration process
(1) Online appointment
From May 20 to 22, student guardians will use their mobile phone to log in to http://www.zkzxxzs.com:88/bus/pub/login to make an appointment.
Each student can only apply to one school. The school will assign the number according to the online appointment information, and notify the student's guardian to submit the application materials to the school at different times and staggered peaks. If the online appointment cannot be made due to objective reasons, the student's guardian must contact the school to make a telephone appointment, and the contact number of each school can be found in the "2024 Zhongkai High-tech Zone Compulsory Education Stage School Enrollment Contact Number" (Annex 2).

Before June 7, the student's guardian should go to the school to complete the enrollment procedures according to the time notified by the school. VI. Other types of enrollment arrangements
(1) Public schools recruit new students with points. Public schools in the compulsory education stage of our district will give priority to admitting students with household registration in our district, and if there are remaining places, the remaining places will be used to participate in integral enrollment and admit new students who are not registered in our district. In 2024, our district will optimize and adjust the points admission policy, and for areas with relatively tight degrees, students will be allowed to apply for two or three volunteers, and be admitted according to the priority of volunteers and the ranking of points. The specific rules are set out in a subsequent announcement, which is scheduled to be issued in late May.
(2) Private schools recruit new students. Freshmen with household registration in our district or new students with household registration who meet the admission requirements of our district can apply to study in private schools in our district. Private schools with more applicants than the enrollment plan must start the lottery process, and determine the admission qualifications through the lottery results, and private schools are not allowed to enroll students privately. The specific rules are set out in a subsequent announcement, which is scheduled to be issued in late May.
(3) Citizen-run schools recruit transfer students. Privately-run schools with remaining places will organize and carry out the enrollment of transfer students at a unified time, and the specific provisions are shown in the subsequent notice, which is scheduled to be issued in late June.
7. Precautions
(1) The registration time for students with household registration is as of May 26, and those who fail to declare the school as a student with household registration on time shall be deemed to have given up the priority admission qualification enjoyed by the batch of students with household registration.
(2) Those who have already enrolled in the first grade (or seventh grade) but continue to apply for the school without concealing the situation shall be disqualified from enrollment after verification, and the student shall return to the school where the student is registered, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the parties.
(3) If a person uses false documents to apply for a degree, the admission qualification shall be cancelled after verification, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the parties.
(4) Those who fail to complete the registration procedures on time within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their degree.
(5) The enrollment of schools in our district is supervised by the District Education, Culture and Health Bureau, and schools are not allowed to enroll students privately.
(6) Be vigilant against degree publicity in advertisements for the sale of houses. Some real estate companies use words such as "buy now to study in September", "buy a house with a degree" and "degree house" to sell real estate, promising that they can apply for a certain school after buying a house, which ignores the student's household registration and grade level and directly concludes that the publicity is not completely consistent with the enrollment policy and is misleading; Some real estate companies use words such as "best school", "top public school" and "first" to sell real estate products, which is deceptive and violates the compulsory education enrollment policy. Parents and friends are requested to refer to the enrollment policy issued by the District Education, Culture and Health Bureau, and verify the authenticity of the information before purchasing a house.
(7) Jointly boycott illegal enrollment. Parents and friends are requested to register for school in accordance with the provisions of the notice, and do not register through various channels that violate the regulations. Schools at all stages of compulsory education in Zhongkai High-tech Zone shall not recruit students through examinations, interviews, competitions, referrals, etc., shall not recruit borrowed students (including separation of student status, empty student registration, student status fraud, etc.), shall not collect or indirectly collect "donations to subsidize students", shall not sign enrollment agreements in violation of regulations, and shall not jointly publicize enrollment in violation of regulations with any institution or individual.
(8) Be vigilant against enrollment scams and report violations of laws and regulations. Schools at all stages of compulsory education in Zhongkai High-tech Zone shall not cooperate with all kinds of institutions and individuals in violation of regulations, or entrust them to carry out enrollment training, testing, interviews, etc. Parents and friends are requested to be vigilant against all kinds of enrollment fraud activities for the purpose of seeking money, such as claiming to be "acquaintances" and "related" to help obtain degrees, signing agreements to guarantee degrees, paying tuition fees to lock in degrees, and spending money to obtain admission qualifications for lower scores. If you find such a phenomenon, please try to grasp and retain accurate evidence, and report it to the District Education, Culture, Health Bureau or the public security organ. The District Bureau of Education, Culture and Health will continue to improve the enrollment supervision mechanism, strengthen supervision and inspection in conjunction with relevant departments, timely verify the reports of the masses and public opinion clues, and seriously investigate and deal with all kinds of illegal enrollment or false propaganda behaviors, so as to create a more open, fair and just enrollment order.
