In 1946, Lin Ming took advantage of the opportunity of the Soviet Red Army to leave and enter the pivotal area of Siping, where he was ready to break his wrist with his opponents. Dubu attacked the city on April 8, and the fierce defense of Siping began.

Chen Cheng was born on January 4, 1898, the elder General Lin was nine years old, a native of Putian, Zhejiang Province, and a first-class general in the army. He participated in the command of the Battle of Songhu and the Battle of Western Hubei. He wanted to come to the northeast battlefield to brush up on his sense of existence, and he had the audacity to send troops to invade the base areas.

Soon after he fled in a hurry, the People's Liberation Army attacked the city, and Shenyang was liberated.
At this point, the entire territory of the three northeastern provinces has been liberated.
