With innovation to promote safety, Sihao Automobile received five-star evaluation from C-NCAP

On January 6, 2022, the China Automotive Technology and Research Center (hereinafter referred to as "CHINA AUTOC") released the C-NCAP evaluation results of the 2021 annual evaluation model, Sihao QX. With excellent performance in active and passive safety, Sihao QX has reached the C-NCAP "five-star" standard.

In the test results, Sihao QX occupant protection evaluation scored 66.623 points, with a scoring rate of 95.18%, pedestrian protection evaluation scored 10.828 points, with a scoring rate of 72.19%, active safety evaluation scored 14.426 points, with a scoring rate of 96.17%, and the comprehensive score rate was 91.9% after multiplying the score rate of each part by the respective weight coefficients.

Since the release of the first version of the crash scoring standard by the CHINA AUTOMOBILE Center in 2006, C-NCAP has been the authority on domestic automotive safety testing. C-NCAP on the basis of in-depth research and analysis of overseas market collision standards, combined with China's automotive standards and regulations, road traffic actual situation and model characteristics, and a wide range of domestic and foreign technical exchanges and practical tests, and constantly update C-NCAP's test and scoring rules. With the iterative development of automotive industry technology, its evaluation standards have also been continuously upgraded with the improvement of automotive safety levels.

MIS Haoxue architecture is the research and development results carefully built by Sihao Automobile with an investment of 10 billion yuan, which is composed of modular components, domain-controlled electrical architecture and software ecology, and has excellent genes of excellent performance, intelligent technology and flexible iteration. The Sihao QX, which participated in the C-NCAP crash evaluation, is the first SUV under the MIS Haoxue architecture of Sihao Automobile.

In the member protection section, Sihao QX has a full range of six airbag safety configurations, front row fully preloaded force limiting seat belts, three-stage collapsible steering pipe posts, SOFIX child seat interface and other "high-demand" passive safety configurations. In addition, the whole series is equipped with a pre-tightening force limiting device seat belt as standard, which strengthens the binding force on the occupants in about 0.01 seconds and effectively protects the safety of the ride.

According to the plan, HOL-Pilot intelligent driving technology includes L2 level assisted driving, L2+ level high-speed pilot assisted driving, L2+ PRO level urban road pilot auxiliary driving triple assist driving technology, starting from the user's real driving scenario, using industry-leading software and hardware technology to build a safer and more stable intelligent driving assistance function.

HOL-Pilot Intelligent Driving Technology L2 includes driver assistance functions such as SCC/APA, and has been installed on all models of Sihao, including Sihao QX, reaching the leading level of the same level.
