Only malt grows to a certain length and can be used to make yam candy.

The malt comes out, then choose the sweet potato to wash, chop, put it in a large iron pot, cook it and then put the malt in, leave it for a while, and wait for some kind of chemical reaction. At the same time, prepare a filter made of gauze, hang it on the beam of the room, put a large basin below, and after the cooked potato is poured into the filter, the sugar water and the sweet potato begin to separate, and the sugar water flows into the basin.

After the sugar water is drained, return to the large iron pot and add water to boil, and when the water evaporates, the rest is the sweet potato syrup. At this time, leave the appropriate amount according to the needs, and then put the fried rice into the pot, pay attention to the fact that you can also put some fried peanuts and rice together to stir evenly, after the pot is put on the board, it can be made into a fried rice sugar ball one by one, or it can be cut into a piece of fried rice sugar slices, anyway, it is called fried rice sugar.
