The tiger, as one of the twelve zodiac signs, is known as the "King of the Hundred Beasts" for its fierceness and majesty. This art exhibition invited many representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage at the national and provincial levels, masters of arts and crafts, etc. to participate together, and exhibited a large number of works on the theme of the "Tiger" Chinese zodiac sign of Lingnan Intangible Cultural Heritage, showing the vitality of the new generation of Lingnan culture.

Entering the modern era, the tiger image has become an element or theme that contemporary art design and cultural and creative decoration are keen on, vividly showing the positive, strong and self-reliant spiritual temperament of the Chinese people in the new era, and pinning people's beautiful hopes and expectations.

This exhibition can be described as "the tigers roaring together to celebrate the New Year", there are Guangdong embroidery master Chen Shaofang, Chao embroidery master Sun Qingxian and other vivid "embroidery tigers", there are Chen Yongcai, Rao Baolian, Lian Xiaohong and other paper-cutting artists with sufficient charm of "paper-cutting tigers";
There are the delicate and exquisite "Olive Carving Tiger" of The Master of Olive Carving, zeng Zhaohong, as well as the vivid image of the "Pottery Tiger" of Guangdong Province's Master of Arts and Crafts Wang Zengfeng and the Shiwan Pottery Master Pan Bolin's vivid image of the "Pottery Tiger".

Among them, the Xiashan Tiger Chao embroidery created by Sun Qingxian, the representative inheritor of chao embroidery at the national level, has been presented to the Canadian prime minister as a "national gift". This tide embroidery adopts the technique of K gold chaotic needlework, with vivid shape, fur image and realistic texture, which truly expresses the mighty momentum of the tiger "a whistle of wind and a hundred beasts".
Pan Bolin's "Happy Year" series is a zodiac sculpture specially created for the Year of the Tiger. The five tigers with different postures reproduce the extraordinary heroic posture and proud momentum of the "King of Hundred Beasts", which can be described as "a long roar of the sky and leaping up, earth-shaking and heroic", vividly interpreting the exquisite craftsmanship of Shiwan pottery's thousand-year heritage.

In addition to the traditional intangible cultural heritage works, this exhibition also exhibits the "Tiger General" IP series of the Nanyue King Museum based on the bronze tiger festival of the wrong gold inscription, the "Ji Wufu series" of appreciating culture, and the "Big King Driving to" of the Elephant Workshop.

On the opening day of the exhibition, the organizer also invited Liu Zhongping, a guest of exhibitor and a representative inheritor of Foshan woodblock New Year paintings at the municipal level, to bring the interactive experience of Foshan woodblock New Year paintings to the audience, teach everyone how to print a mighty and cute New Year painting tiger, and wish the audience "full power of the tiger" in the Year of the Tiger.

According to the organizers, the "Tiger Full Force - Nongyin Tiger Year Zodiac Theme Exhibition" will last until January 22, during which the Tiger Zodiac Theme Workshop will also be launched, inviting exhibitors to share the historical connotation of traditional Zodiac culture and related intangible cultural heritage production techniques for the audience, and together to promote the Zodiac culture and celebrate the auspicious New Year.
