According to the report, the top ten cities in the country that are most difficult to find parking are: Shenzhen, Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Xi'an, Changsha, Zhengzhou and Chengdu.

Overall, it is generally more difficult to park in southern cities than in the north. For example, the Shenzhen parking difficulty index is 11.6, indicating that Shenzhen car users have an average of 100 driving navigations, and about 11.6 times they fail to park after arriving at the destination and need to find a parking lot again, which is 14.1% higher than the parking difficulty index of major cities in the country.

The analysis found that parking difficulties in the city are mainly concentrated in well-known hospitals, popular scenic spots, traffic stations during peak travel, large commercial circles, schools and old residential areas during the morning and evening pick-up of children.
