The opening sentence, "I would rather turn into a fallen leaf", can't help but be beautiful enough to make people feel intoxicated, but in this poem, Lin Huiyin expressed more, but it was a reluctant farewell, she hoped that Xu Zhimo could forget, this "once lived in this world" of herself, with a faint sadness in her tone. Lin Huiyin has realized that the two sides have their own families, which is no longer suitable for too much contact, and this poem can also be used as a parting poem.
However, shortly after the poem was written, in November of that year, Xu Zhimo took an airline plane from Nanjing to the north and unfortunately passed away, which made people feel emotional.
