With a comprehensive and perfect public security prevention and control system, Chen Jianfeng has become the builder of a series of public security work mechanisms in Guangzhou. Quickly build a four-in-one epidemic prevention and control mechanism of "intelligence-command-action-guarantee", as the "command" of the overall epidemic prevention and control work, the "intelligence department" that serves the leadership and decision-making, the "liaison department" that coordinates the police department, the daily management and operation of the organizational system of the city's functional groups, and the efficient command and effective guidance of the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control measures of the city's public security organs.
