Following the sound, the two police officers found a couple of men and women sitting on the lower bunks of No. 3 and No. 4, who were impatiently coaxing two baby girls. The careful police fixed their eyes on it and found that the two gave the child milk powder, which was obviously a inferior product. It's hard to imagine a parent willing to treat their own daughter with such an inferior product.
So the vigilant policeman and the man and the woman talked. Between the words, the man and woman claim to be husband and wife, the man is called Wu Shusheng, dark-skinned and sloppy; the woman's name is Li Lu, she has fair skin, Sven demeanor, and is well-dressed.
Li Binxiang, a police officer who had raised a child himself, found that the two baby girls looked completely different, one had smooth skin and was about 50 days old; the other's face was not yet open, and it seemed that there was no full moon. Obviously, these two baby girls are not twins.
Li Binxiang believes that there must be something wrong with this matter. On the K110 train, there were many cases of baby trafficking. These two guys are probably human traffickers. He consulted with another police officer, Wang Jianzhiyi, and decided to separate the two men for questioning. As a result, the man and woman did show their horses' feet.

After getting off the train, the police took the three people to the public security bureau for questioning, and Li Lu's "husband and wife" said that they did not know this Yu Lixiang. However, the police found Li Lu's contact information in Yu Lixiang's mobile phone. The three of them could no longer deny it, so they had to truthfully confess their crimes:
"The three baby girls were bought from Yunnan for 30,000 yuan and are preparing to sell them in Hebei County."
Under further interrogation, the police discovered a number of baby trafficking networks that transited through Hubei from Yunnan to Hebei and other places, and had a large number of clues about abducted babies and criminal suspects.
At the same time, a family-style baby trafficking gang surfaced. Its leader is Yu Lixiang, and more than 10 relatives and friends, including his sister Yu Dongli, sister Yu Xiaofen, ex-husband Yang Gangtian, lover Gong Huocai, niece and son-in-law Wu Shusheng, cousin Rao Yuhuan, are all members of this baby trafficking gang.
Among them, Li Lu, Wu Shusheng and others are responsible for mid-course transportation. After arriving in Shixian County, he will contact Yu Lixiang's downline Du Minghua. Eventually, it was Up to Du Minghua to find a buyer. Soon the police went around and arrested the baby traffickers.
After interrogation, the ins and outs of this criminal gang became clearer.
2. Yu Lixiang
Born in 1968, Yu Lixiang is a native of Yunnan. When she was just a teenager, she was abducted from Yunnan to Xiangxian County, Hebei Province, married Yang Gangtian, a local, and gave birth to a child. Years later, Yu Lixiang contacted his sisters in his hometown.
But what is lamentable is that Yu Lixiang knows the pain of being abducted, but because of his desire for profit, he transfers this pain to others.
In 2004, Yu Lixiang and Yang Gangtian got a baby girl in their hometown. As a result, someone said to them: "This baby girl is so thin and ugly, it is better to sell it." So Yu Lixiang found a buyer surnamed Li, who could not have children and wanted a child very much. So Yu Lixiang sold the baby girl to Li for 6,000 yuan.
After tasting the sweetness for the first time, Yu Lixiang was out of control: "Instead of working hard to make money, where is the fast money from selling children?" ”
So Yu Lixiang frequently returned to Yunnan, bought babies locally, and then managed to transport them to Hebei to sell. At the instigation of Yu Lixiang, her relatives and friends were dragged into the water.
Wu Fenglin was once Yu Lixiang's employer, and under Yu Lixiang's rhetoric, he joined Yu Lixiang's gang and helped him transport the babies he sold many times.
Wang Ming'e, 49, was once Yu Lixiang's landlord. Yu Lixiang said that as long as Wang Ming'e is willing to help her bring the baby to Hebei, she will inevitably be paid handsomely. Subsequently, Wang Ming'e involved her daughter Li Lu in trafficking. After the fact, Yu Lixiang really gave Li Lu 1,000 yuan "happily". In the end, Wang Ming'e and Li Lu stubbornly participated in the baby trafficking gang.
Yu Xiaofen was not originally involved in the cause of baby trafficking. At that time, his younger brother Yu Xiaoxin followed Yu Lixiang in human trafficking. In June and July 2005, Yu Xiaoxin and his wife Feng Huixian brought two baby girls from Yunnan to Xiangxian County, Hebei Province, and placed them in Yu Xiaofen's home for sale.
As a result, during this period, Yu Xiaoxin was killed by falling stones while mining. Feng Huixian was busy with the funeral, so she asked Yu Xiaofen and Du Minghua to joint and let her find a buyer. Subsequently, Yu Xiaofen pretended to be her mother and sold the two baby girls for 6,000 yuan and 7,000 yuan respectively. Since then, Yu Xiaofen has been out of control, taking over the position of his brother, and Du Minghua has officially connected the head.
The reason why Yu Lixiang's relatives and friends have successively participated in the evil cause of selling babies is only one reason, that is, they have high profits. In 2005, a baby girl could sell for 7,000 yuan and a baby boy could sell for between 12,000 and 15,000 yuan. After entering 2008, the price of baby boys rose to 40,000 yuan, while baby girls could sell for 20,000 yuan.
According to Yu Lixiang, the price of buying a baby is not high, a baby girl can buy a few hundred yuan, and the price of a baby boy is only a few thousand yuan. Therefore, Yu Lixiang is generally responsible for buying in the remote mountainous areas of Yunnan. Then he took his relatives and friends to sell the baby to Hebei and connect with Du Minghua. In just 4 years, Yu Lixiang sold 33 children.
Du Minghua, nicknamed "Old Ladies", is a native of Zhao Yu Village, Biaodian Township, Xiangxian County, Hebei Province. Many of the children abducted and trafficked by the gang from Yunnan to the county were through the hands of Du Minghua. As an "intermediary", Du Minghua can get paid 300 to 1,000 yuan every time she sells babies. Later, Du Ming was red in the eyes of this "income", so he decided to go it alone. Before the incident, Du Minghua was suspected of trafficking 29 babies, second only to the number one criminal, Yu Lixiang.
During the interrogation, the police also got an amazing message. In 2009, Yu Lixiang found Song Chunhua in Yunnan and spent 3,000 yuan to buy a baby girl who had just turned a full moon. As a result, Yu Lixiang found that the baby girl kept coughing and worried that it would not sell. So the child was returned to Song Chunhua.
4 days later, Yu Lixiang repented again, and she once again spent 3,000 yuan to buy the baby girl. That night, Yu Lixiang invited Yu Dongli, Gong Huocai and others to play cards at a hotel in Shizong County, during which the baby girl coughed, had a fever, and kept crying. However, even so, Yu Lixiang resigned herself and refused to send her to the hospital.
The next day, Yu Lixiang found that the child was no longer crying. I tried sniffling and found that the child had died prematurely. However, Yu Lixiang, who exterminated humanity, had no remorse, but just wrapped the child in a small quilt and discarded it on a grave hill in Danfeng Town, Shizong County.
3. Trial
Beginning in 2009, the procuratorate indicted Yu Lixiang and 23 others. However, many of them do not know that they have broken the law, after all, nearly half of the criminals are illiterate people who can't read a single character, and many of them can't even write their own names, including the main criminal, Yu Lixiang.
Even more absurd, during the trial, some traffickers thought they were doing a good deed. Du Minghua said that most of the babies he bought came from the mountainous areas of Yunnan, where life was very poor, and some families had more children to support, so they were sold at birth. Therefore, she sold her children from Yunnan to Xiangxian county to find a good family for them, which was actually doing good deeds.
The presiding judge refuted this absurd statement in court: "Among the children you sell, there are boys over two years old. Isn't that feeding?" Du Minghua was speechless.
In the courtroom, this group of human traffickers who had once "lived and died together" staged a scene of ugly drama of throwing pots at each other. Ex-husband Yang Gangtian denied committing a crime, saying he was only accompanying Yu Lixiang to care for the baby.
Lover Liu Qiaoguan said: "I just live with Yu Lixiang, and I don't know anything about her baby trafficking. The other defendants also denied that they were aware of the crime and put all the blame on Yu Lixiang.
The wall fell and everyone pushed, Yu Lixiang jumped like thunder in court, and she angrily scolded:
"At the beginning, you begged me one by one, and asked me to take it with me to get rich. Now that you are held accountable, you have all pushed me, do you still have a conscience? ”
Yu Lixiang himself has lost his humanity, and he also said that others have no conscience, which simply makes people laugh out of their teeth.
In fact, in this criminal gang, no one is uninformed, and no one is innocent. At the end of May 2009, Yu Lixiang gave a baby girl she had bought to a family in Shizong County, Yunnan Province, for foster care before she was captured.
Soon after, Yu Lixiang's case was arrested. However, Gong Huocai, Huang Dongsheng, and Yu Dongli, who were members of the gang, were even evil when they knew that Yu Lixiang had been captured. The child was resold to Liu Qiaoguan, who previously called himself "unaware" for 2,000 yuan. Soon after, Liu Qiaoguan sold his daughter to others.
In court, Yu Lixiang was still arguing. She said:
"I am doing good deeds, many people are counting on me to find children for them", "I don't mean to collect money, they really like children, they have to thank me, they are all township blind dates, I can't get away with it!" ”
Later, she recounted her first experience of trafficking baby girls. She said:
"In the winter of 2004, Yang Gangtian and I (ex-husband) returned to Yunnan to visit relatives. My brother Yu Xiaoxin's father-in-law gave us a newborn baby girl, and we returned him with a 1,000 yuan thank you fee. After being brought back to Xiangxian County, he raised the child until he was 4 months old, and gave it to the couple in Hebei who could not have children, and received 4500 yuan in maintenance. ”
Between the words, Yu Lixiang seemed to be quite proud and felt that he had done a great thing.
As for the baby girl who died prematurely, Yu Lixiang believed that he was not responsible at all: "I didn't know Gong Huocai at all, this child was collected by Gong Huocai from Song Chunhua, and her death should be borne by Gong Huocai!" ”
This time, however, the procuratorate came prepared, and Yu Lixiang's lies were exposed one after another. According to defendant Gong Huocai's confession, the child should have slept with Yu Lixiang that night in April 2009. However, at night, the child kept crying, so Gong Huo kept proposing to take the child to the doctor. However, Yu Lixiang was busy playing cards and did not pay attention. The next day, the child died prematurely, and Yu Lixiang, after burying the child, informed his sister Yu Dongli of the incident.
Later, the court interrogated Yu Dongli and found that her confession was consistent with Gong Shuocai.com. Yu Lixiang was the first person responsible for killing the baby girl. No longer claiming that the death of the baby girl had nothing to do with herself, she repeatedly defended that she did not intentionally cause the death of the child.
In the face of irresistible evidence, Yu Lixiang finally bowed his head.
On April 16, 2010, the "6.10" extraordinarily large baby trafficking case that shocked the whole country was publicly pronounced in the first instance of the Wuhan Railway Transport Intermediate Court. The court found that between March 2005 and July 2009, defendants Yu Lixiang, Yu Xiaofen, and more than 10 other people crossed paths, and defendants Liu Qiaoguan, Yin Wenju, and others bribed babies in Shizong, Luoping, Qiubei, and other places in Yunnan Province, and then transferred them to Xiangxian County, Hebei Province, where they were contacted and introduced by defendants Du Minghua and others and sold to others. The baby trafficking gang has sold 49 babies, including 8 baby boys. It can be described as the greatest evil.
As the leader of the gang, Yu Lixiang ignored the laws and regulations of the state and actively invited other co-defendants to buy babies from Yunnan and transport them to Hebei for sale for profit. Whether it is the number of children abducted or the number of personal profits, it is the most, and it also causes the serious consequences of the death of a baby, the subjective malignancy is extremely serious, the consequences are extremely serious, the social impact is extremely bad, and the crime should be severely punished.
Therefore, the court sentenced Yu Lixiang to death, deprived him of his political rights for life, and confiscated all his personal property.
The other two main offenders, Du Minghua and Yu Xiaofen, were sentenced to life imprisonment, and the other 20 accessories were sentenced to 2 to 15 years in prison.
After receiving the verdict, Yu Lixiang directly broke through the defense, and she could not imagine that she would suffer a deformity in any way. So after the first-instance judgment, Yu Lixiang appealed to the Hubei Higher People's Court. She believes that she is not the child trafficker and the most profitable, that she is not the main offender, and that she believes that she obtained the baby through bribery, not through violent means such as abduction and theft, and that her behavior was not socially harmful.
In the second instance, the judge of the High Court held that Yu Lixiang participated in the trafficking of 33 children, the longest time span of abduction and trafficking of children, and was responsible for the up-line contact in the joint crime, and personally pulled relatives into the organization, which should be identified as the main offender according to law. In addition, Yu Lixiang's behavior contributed to the widespread abduction and bribery of children in the two places, the social impact was bad, and the crime was extremely serious, so the death sentence was upheld.
Fourth, the volta
After receiving the death sentence of the second instance, Yu Lixiang could only accept the facts. She cried and said, "I have three more underage children to raise!" I'm worried about them. ”
It is said that man will die, and his words will be good; and when a bird will die, his song will mourn. The trafficker, who sells babies as merchandise, faces death as if humanity has returned. But in the author's opinion, Yu Lixiang has not actually changed at all.
Her accomplices once confessed that Yu Lixiang actually had 4 children instead of 3. Before being caught, Yu Lixiang gave birth to a baby girl. With a vicious personality like a tiger and a wolf, she actually planned to sell this child so as not to delay her "great cause" of making money. Even her accomplices couldn't look at this and persuaded one after another: "Tiger poison does not eat children!" Yu Lixiang gave up.
Even her own own daughter can be sold, how can she love the other three children? All she loved was money.
Like Yu Lixiang, Li Lu is also very concerned about her children. Li Lu was only 25 years old when she was arrested and had a three-year-old daughter. The day she was taken away by the police, her naïve daughter did not know that she was separated from her mother. Looking at her lovely daughter, Li Lu finally woke up, and she said to reporters with tears in her eyes:
"I'm sad not because I want to be separated from my own family, but because my experience has made me think of the children I've picked up, and I've truly felt my mistakes and the harm I've done to these children and their biological parents!"
It seems that without pain in themselves, this group of human traffickers will never wake up. Before that, Li Lu also thought that she was doing good things, to find a good family for those children who no one wanted.
As a result of police efforts, 42 of the 49 abducted babies were rescued. However, it is frustrating that none of these children have been sent to their biological parents. Police have compared genes to children, but have not found a family that can match them. Apparently, their parents did not call the police.
According to the prosecutor handling the case, almost all the infants and young children involved in the case were bought from remote villages in Yunnan, and the cheapest one was that the biological parents sold their own flesh and bones for only 500 yuan. Almost all of these children were sold by their biological parents, and some of them changed hands several times, making it difficult to find their biological parents. In desperation, the rescued children can only live in the buyer's home first, but the adoptive parents must make a written commitment to the police: they will not abuse the children; To cooperate with the police at any time; Once a child's biological parents are willing to take the child back, they are obligated to return it.
The phenomenon of repeated child trafficking lies first of all in the nature of the interests of this matter, which can obtain thousands to tens of thousands of yuan of income without effort, which is an important reason for criminals to take risks; in addition, now whether it is urban or rural, there is a certain market for the sale of children, and some people seek to buy through various channels for the purpose of not being able to have children or want boys, and according to the current legal provisions, there is no punishment for the buyer, and in general, if the buyer does not obstruct the rescue, he can not be held criminally responsible.
Nowadays, Yu Lixiang has long been punished, but it is still a long-term task to fight abduction.
