The ancestor Gao Shangde founded the Yangfeng Academy in the late Ming Dynasty, which collected books and educated people. In the memory, the ancestral house is facing north and south, with brick and stone carvings, and the auspicious clouds of the beast, which is very exquisite. However, during the "Cultural Revolution", the ancient houses of the Ming and Qing dynasties were demolished, several boxes of ancient books and genealogies were burned, and the whereabouts of many ancient books were unknown, and only the inscription "Ming Badong Ling Yangfeng Gao Gong and The Burial Epitaph of the Children" was inscribed. According to research, the inscription was written by Zhu Zhifan, the first place in the Ming Dynasty Wanli Twenty-three Year Examination, the rebbe waiter, and the calligrapher and painter, "Holding virtue and walking, teaching children to cultivate and read..." The inscription is regarded by the clan as a family style ancestral teaching. In the family, there have been the ming Dynasty anti-Wu famous general patrol road Gao Liangye, the Anti-Japanese martyr Gao Kangrong in the Republic of China period, and the heroic deeds of the sages have always inspired future generations.

In 1982, Gao Gao graduated from high school at the age of 18, took several ancient books and student textbooks left by his father, left his hometown, and stepped into society. Carrying the entrustment and hopes of the elders and sages, and benefiting from these books, Gao Feng was admitted to the Shijiazhuang Army Academy and successively served in the Inspection Department of the Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Beijing Municipal Party Committee. During the period, with the transfer of work, I walked to several provinces and cities, but the books purchased and collected always followed. After settling in Beijing, he sorted out the books in his home and has collected more than 10,000 books in the past 40 years. The economy was also somewhat generous, so the old house was renovated, most of the books were transported back to the hometown, and students and villagers in nearby schools were provided with free loans. The site of Yangfeng Academy has been protected and supported by the local government, which has played a positive role in promoting the cultural construction of the new countryside in his hometown.

Relying on the WeChat platform and the library, the reading activities have established the "Ken Paper Zhai Reading Group" for extensive exchanges. The collection of books is useful, the people have been reached, the learning has been achieved, and the karma has been achieved. Among the three generations of family members, five have bachelor's degrees and two have master's degrees. Although the old man is illiterate, he takes it easy to manage and protect well, to keep the spiritual granary for his children and grandchildren, to cultivate his heart and body, and to be ninety years old and enjoy books tirelessly. Family members have published hundreds of articles in newspapers and magazines to publicize the party's policies, promote Chinese culture, and study academic theories.
