She glared at the other side, handed the Japanese officer a piece of paper, and said, "Pass these words to my son in my hometown!" The Japanese officer took the note and let his men do it, and at the age of 31, she was sacrificed, and her name was Zhao Yiman.
Zhao Yiman, born in 1905, formerly known as Li Kuntai, also known as Li Yichao, known as Li Jie, "Zhao Yiman" is her pseudonym in the cause of anti-Japanese resistance, she is a famous anti-Japanese hero in China.
In 1928, Zhao Yiman married Chen Dabang, became pregnant shortly after marriage, and was born on January 21, 1929 in Yichang, Hubei Province, because this day was the fifth anniversary of Lenin's death, she named her son "Ning'er" and hoped that his life would be peaceful.
However, the situation at that time was too tense, and Zhao Yiman could not accompany his son every day, Zhao Yiman immediately went to the northeast to carry out the anti-Japanese struggle, Chen Yexian (Ning Er) was fostered in the home of his great uncle Chen Yueyun, when she left, Ning Er wow crying, she left a picture of mother and son, and since then there has been no news.
In November 1935, our side and the Japanese army launched a fierce battle, in order to cover the comrades-in-arms, Zhao Yiman's leg was hit by the Japanese army, and then taken away by the Japanese army, the Japanese knew that this woman was the famous Zhao Yiman, so they wanted to get favorable information from her mouth.
They simply treated Zhao Yiman's wounds, and then began a trial that lasted day and night and lost his conscience. At first, the Attitude of the Japanese Army was "very good", hoping that Zhao Yiman would take the initiative to tell the intelligence, and Zhao Yiman, who would rather die than yield, while cursing the heinous crimes committed by the Japanese army in China, tightly guarded the secret, so angry that the Japanese army poked at her wounds, and Zhao Yiman directly fainted in pain.
When she woke up, the Japanese army continued to torture her, resulting in Zhao Yiman's leg injury and near death, the Japanese army for intelligence, immediately sent her to the hospital for treatment, this terrible torture lasted until August 1936, in this nearly 1 year of cruel interrogation, Zhao Yiman did not reveal a word, annoyed and angry Japanese troops prepared to kill her.
Looking at the enemy's eerie butcher's knife, Zhao Yiman shouted "Down with Japanese imperialism"! She was ready to sacrifice, the Japanese officer who was shocked by her spirit gave her the opportunity to leave a last word, and the strong Zhao Yiman suddenly thought of his own Ning'er, so he handed the suicide note to the Japanese officer, and then died heroically, only 31 years old.
It reads: "Ning Er, mother is really sorry that you did not fulfill your educational responsibilities. Because my mother resolutely fought against the Manchus and The Anti-Japanese Struggle, today has reached the eve of sacrifice! Mother and you will never have a chance to say goodbye before you die. Hope you, Ning'er! Hurry up adults and come to comfort your underground mother. "Just a few lines, people are moved.
However, at this time, Chen Yexian did not know that Zhao Yiman was his mother. In 1950, Chen Yexian was admitted to the Department of Foreign Affairs of Chinese University, and this year a movie called "Zhao Yiman" was released, and the people of the whole country knew this great anti-Japanese heroine, and Chen Yexian was also touched by her spirit of preferring to die.
In 1956, Chen Yexian was already teaching at the Beijing Industrial School, at this time, the relevant departments quietly found him, told him the fact that he was Zhao Yiman's son, and asked him to collect Zhao Yiman's pension, Chen Yexian refused, and silently came to the Northeast Martyrs Memorial Hall alone to pay homage to his mother, at this time, he saw the suicide note left by his mother for the first time.
After reading his mother's suicide note, Chen Yexian was in tears, and he was heartbroken that he actually used a pen to tie the 3 words of "Zhao Yiman" to his arm, looking at these 3 words, he seemed to see his mother, and later these 3 words have been living with him and have been accompanying him to death.
When he was separated from his mother, he was just a baby who didn't know anything, and he couldn't even remember what his mother looked like. Later, his father Chen Dabang was framed, and his son Chen Yexian was very angry, actively defended his father, and wrote protest letters many times, resulting in his own involvement.
Later, those people came to his house and prepared to arrest him together, Chen Yexian escaped through the wall, hid in the wilderness on the outskirts of Beijing for 10 days, fainted several times because of hunger, but he remembered his daughter, Chen Yexianqiang supported back to the unit, was arrested.
On August 15, 1982, at the age of 53, Chen Yexian hanged himself and left this world forever. Like his mother, he also left a letter for his daughter, which read: "Do not think of yourself as the descendants of martyrs, you must live the life of the common people, do not add any trouble to the organization, and in the future, do your own things, do not add trouble to the country." Remember, Grandma is Grandma and you are you! Otherwise, you're just sorry for your grandma. ”
