In 190, when Liu Biao was appointed as the pastor of Jingzhou, he was blocked by thieves, and at this time he had ambitions. After that, several capable people were recruited successively to conspire against Jingzhou's grand plan. It was not until 18 years later, when Liu Biao fell ill and died, and the general was damaged, that Jingzhou was attacked by Cao Cao from the south. With this 18 years of stable regime, Liu Biao also relied on several of his generals, and one of these generals was very special, almost repeatedly defeated, but praised by later generations, because even if he returned with a big defeat every time, he never let the enemy taste the sweetness.
The land of Jingzhou is fertile and has excellent geographical advantages, which is a must for the warriors. Since Liu Biao succeeded to the throne, there have been continuous wars year after year. In 191, Yuan Shu sent Changsha Taishou Sun Jian to attack, and Jiangxia Taishou Huangzu led the order to fight. The strength of the two sides was very different, Huang Zu was not Sun Jian's opponent at all, and he returned with a big defeat and fled to Xiangyang with his troops. As a result, Liu Biao himself was afraid and was unwilling to open the city gate to welcome back Huang Zu. Huang Zu had no choice but to fight again, but he was defeated again, and the city gate could not enter, so he had to enter the Da Nang Mountains.
Seeing that Sun Jian was still in hot pursuit, Huang Zu's men fired dark arrows at the enemy, and Sun Jianzhong was killed. The other group of dragons was leaderless, so they retreated first, and Huang Zu's group of generals breathed a sigh of relief, and the Sun family and Huang Zu also formed a beam. After the battle, the Sun family always stared at Huang Zu's forces.
In 199, Sun Ce and Huang Zu fought at ShaXian, Huang Zu was defeated again and retreated to the city, no matter how much Sun Ce shouted, he did not come out to meet the battle, and Sun Ce could only return in vain. Sun Ce died the following year. After his younger brother Sun Quan ascended to the top, he naturally wanted to avenge the world.
In 203, Sun Quan led troops to attack Jiangxia, and the two sides fought fiercely on the water, and Huang Zu's boat army was defeated. This time Huang Zu once again retreated to the city gate to avoid the battle. When Sun Quan's general Ling Cao attacked the city, he was shot and killed by Huang Zu's subordinate Gan Ning, and Sun Quan had to leave in sorrow.
Three years later, Cao Cao's forces advanced by leaps and bounds, raising troops south to attack Jiangxia in a big way, vowing to take Jingzhou. Facing such a strong enemy, Huang Zu naturally suffered a great defeat. However, Huang Zu still did not let Cao Cao shake Jiangxia County, but two counties in the north fell into Cao Cao's hands.
In 206, he was injured by Cao Cao, and in 207 Sun Quan led the army to attack. Huang Zu still lost, and this time Sun Quan still failed to capture half of Jiangxia's land, and the general Xu Kun was also killed by an arrow. Sun Quan was indignant, so he sprinkled his anger on the people. Sun Quan captured a group of people in Huang zu's territory before gritting his teeth and leaving.
In 208, Sun Quan once again killed with the determination to win, but although Huang Zu's army was invincible, it also caused Sun Quan heavy losses. However, Sun Quan killed the red eye and charged with the dead soldiers, blocking the contact between Huang Zu's generals and soldiers. Huang Zu was defeated and fled again, this time huang zu's men betrayed him. In the end, Huang Zu did not die in battle in the Sun family, but died at the hands of his own people, which is also a pity.
