The new EQS has the best drag coefficient of 0.20 for production cars, and the VISION EQXX concept car takes it a step further, using advanced digital modeling technology for interdisciplinary research and development, combined with tires with ultra-low rolling resistance and aerodynamic optimization, giving it an amazing drag coefficient as low as 0.17. Improving energy efficiency is also one of the ways to reduce energy consumption. The technology was developed by Mercedes-Benz in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Systems, Europe's largest solar energy research institute. Reduced energy consumption for high-voltage systems, the end result is an increase in mileage.
