Born in September 1883 in Leshan, Sichuan, Wang Lingji went to the Japanese Army Non-Commissioned Officer School to study after graduating from The Wubeitang in Sichuan, and was also a classmate of Chiang Kai-shek, and was promoted to major general after returning to China.
However, this man remembered the past, because he died to protect Beiyang and destroyed his army, and there was no way for him to return to Sichuan to join the Sichuan warlord Liu Xiang, becoming Liu Xiang's think tank and helping Liu Xiang unify Sichuan, so he was able to regain military power.
However, as soon as this person got the military power, his ambitions began to swell, because this person was a senior figure in the Sichuan Army, and he used his seniority to bully these backward juniors, and was removed from his post by Liu Xiang, and after the outbreak of the War of Resistance Against Japan, Wang Lingji asked Liu Xiang to let him lead his troops out of Sichuan to fight, and Liu Xiang agreed.
In the early stage, the Sichuan army led by Wang Lingji was invincible, which made Chiang Kai-shek extremely happy, and Chiang Kai-shek once said: "With Lingji present, how difficult is it to drive away the Japanese army?" Not long after, however, a telegram to Wang Lingji floated like a snowflake to Chiang Kai-shek.

Three years later, Wang Lingji's old disease recurred and unfortunately died, this year Wang Lingji was 84 years old, and after his death, his ashes were buried in Babaoshan, but by 1981, Wang Lingji's daughter transported the ashes to the United States.
