She and her mother are the "favorite" of the revolutionary martyr Qu Qiubai, but she is not the biological daughter of her father Qu Qiubai: when she was 3 years old, her mother married Qu Qiubai, and she became Qu Qiubai's daughter.
From the time she remembered, her father was Qu Qiubai, so she once thought that she was Qu Qiubai's biological daughter. The reason why she has this illusion is also because the love her father gave her was far greater than the love of her biological father.
She had a great impression of her father, and she had always been proud that her father was Qu Qiubai. Qu Duyi once said when sacrificing his father: "As long as I am alive, you (father) will still be alive!" Therefore, as long as they are alive, their fathers are still "alive".
Many people even think that Qu Duyi can live to the age of 100 years old, and behind it, it is also related to her father: she wants her father to "live" longer.
Qu Duyi, who returned to China after being released from prison, has been trying to contribute to the country, and soon after the founding of New China, she was ordered to go to Moscow, the Soviet Union, to establish a Xinhua News Agency reporter station, which is equivalent to pioneering, and pioneering must be a hard job. But after receiving this task, Qu Duyi took it without even thinking about it.
