IT House December 31 news, according to MSPoweruser reported that Microsoft in Windows 11 retained many of the visual improvements that were once tested on Windows 10. One of them is the translucent menu, which lets some backgrounds appear in the menu.

If you're in a hurry to get this visual on Windows 10 and don't want to upgrade to Windows 11, there's a small open source app that lets you do just that.
AcrylicMenus is a tiny proof-of-concept application that applies the acrylic effect to almost all Win32 context menus on Windows 10 through the native Win32 hooking API.
IT House learned that because the app was experimental and there were still bugs, the developers did not design the app to be installed for a long time, and users reported that it was still some bugs and instability.
