Dongfeng Yueda Kia (now Yueda Kia) Automobile Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulations in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products and the Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of the Recall of Defective Automobile Products. Decided to recall a total of 395 fourth-generation Jawa vehicles produced between October 27 and November 19, 2021, effective December 24, 2021.
The reason for the recall is that due to the poor manufacture of the internal parts of the actuator of the right electric sliding door control assembly, the right electric sliding door is intermittently closed poorly, so that the right electric sliding door may be opened during the driving process of the vehicle, increasing the risk of occupants falling and being injured, and there is a safety hazard.
The manufacturer will replace the gear assembly in the right electric sliding door actuator for the vehicles within the scope of the recall free of charge to eliminate the safety hazard.
It is worth noting that the fourth generation of Jiahua was just listed on September 13, and a recall announcement was issued within 3 months, which may affect the enthusiasm of car buyers for car owners who want to buy a car.
According to the data, from September to November 2021, Jiahua's sales were 584 vehicles, 383 vehicles and 572 vehicles, respectively, with a cumulative sales volume of 1539 vehicles in three months.

BYD's stake in Denza to 90%
BYD announced on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange this evening that its holding subsidiaries BYD Automobile Industry and Daimler intend to increase the capital of Denza New Energy by 1 billion yuan in a monetary manner according to the proportion of shareholding.
After the completion of the capital increase of the shareholders of both parties, BYD Automotive Industry and Daimler will continue to hold 50% of the equity of Denza New Energy respectively.
In addition to the capital increase, the two sides also adjusted deforestation's future equity. After the completion of the equity adjustment, BYD and Daimler will hold 90% and 10% of the shares of Denza respectively, and the equity adjustment is subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities, and the capital increase and equity adjustment will be completed in the first half of 2022.

The State Administration for Market Regulation recently announced the new version of the "Provisions on the Responsibility for Repair and Replacement of Household Automobile Products" (hereinafter referred to as the "New Three Guarantees"), which will be implemented from January 1, 2022. On the basis of the "Provisions on the Responsibility for Repair, Replacement and Return of Household Automobile Products" implemented in 2013, the new three guarantees have been greatly adjusted, and more stringent responsibility requirements have been put forward for operators, expanding the scope of the three guarantees for household cars, reducing the "threshold" of the conditions for returning and replacing cars, and making more detailed provisions on pre-sale and after-sales, use, return and replacement of vehicles.
