However, according to the "Notice on Improving the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles" issued in April 2020, the implementation period of the financial subsidy policy for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles will be extended to the end of 2022, and in principle, the subsidy standards for 2020-2022 will be reduced by 10%, 20% and 30% respectively on the basis of the previous year.
Not surprisingly, new energy subsidies in 2022 will decline by 30%. After the decline, how much has the subsidy for the purchase of new energy vehicles been reduced?
Pure electric models: pure electric vehicles with a range of 300 (inclusive) to 400 kilometers, enjoy 13,000 subsidies, 30% of the slope, that is, a reduction of 3900 yuan; the mileage of ≥ 400km, the subsidy is 18,000 yuan, the slope is 30%, that is, a reduction of 5400 yuan;
Plug-in hybrid models: NEDC plug-and-mix models with a range of more than or equal to 50km, subsidies of 6800 yuan, a decline of 30%, is a reduction of 2040 yuan.
That is to say, by 2022, the subsidy for pure electric models will be reduced by at least 3900 yuan.
The state subsidies to manufacturers have been reduced, can consumers still enjoy preferential prices when buying cars? Up to now, many manufacturers have given a response plan.
Tesla: The price increase ranges from 1,000-30,000 yuan. For example, the subsidy amount of Model 3 has been reduced from the previous 15,840 yuan to 11,088 yuan, with a difference of 4752 yuan. Tesla should be the most responsive car company, making adjustments as early as the end of November.
Weilai: No price increase for the time being. Users who pay a deposit by December 31, 2021 and pre-market on March 31, 2022, can still use the 2021 policy. In fact, WEILAI also gave a plan in November, saying that users who pay the deposit before December 31, 2021 and pre-car users can still use the 2021 policy before March 31, 2022. Later, due to the delay in delivery due to the upgrade of its own production line, it was adjusted.
Krypton: Price increase. If purchased according to the price after the subsidy decline in 2022, the price has increased by more than 5400 yuan compared with before.
Xiaopeng: Shrinking rights and interests, disguised price increases. Since December 13, most models purchased by Xiaopeng will no longer enjoy the 0-interest or low-interest plan. Measured by amount, the contraction of car purchase rights of its three models will be reduced by 4,000-10,000 yuan.
FAW-Volkswagen: Price increases. After January 1, 2022, the PRICE of ID.CROZZ models will be raised according to subsidies.
GAC Aeon: The price will not change for the time being.
Nezha Automobile: As long as it is a vehicle ordered this year, even if the pick-up time is next year, it can also enjoy this year's subsidy policy.
At present, there are still many car companies on the official website and have not given relevant countermeasures. In general, if the 30% decline is unchanged, the price increase of new energy vehicles next year is certain, but the increase is only high or low.
The development of the new energy vehicle market has been much more mature than earlier, and many new energy vehicle brands have won good market recognition. For them, they have a certain ability to absorb the losses caused by the subsidy decline and do not completely pass it on to consumers, so terminal sales will not be greatly affected.
Moreover, in addition to the particularly best-selling brands, many brands do not dare to rise. At that time, with "subsidies retreat I will not retreat" and "let consumers benefit" as gimmicks, harvesting a wave is also the best policy.
Of course, the price increase is not only because of the reduction of the national subsidy, but also because the price of materials has soared, resulting in an increase in the cost of car companies. For some new energy vehicle companies whose profitability is not enough, the cost rises, subsidies decline, and if the price does not rise a little, they have to pay for losses.
