【November 2021 Joint Venture Compact SUV Sales Ranking】According to the statistics compiled by the editors of the car purchase network, the wholesale sales of the domestic joint venture compact SUV market in November 2021 were 203,600 units, which was 121,000 fewer than the independent brand compact SUVs. Compared with the same period last year, sales decreased by 37,800 units, down 15.7% year-on-year. Compared with October, the company increased by 42,400 units, an increase of 26.3% month-on-month.
In November, Nissan Qashqai won the first joint venture compact SUV sales with wholesale sales of 18,988 units, up 5.7% year-on-year, up from 11,323 units last month.
The RAV4 and Velanda from Toyota ranked second and third, with sales of 18,640 and 17,729 units respectively, and the overall performance was good.
The Haoying and CR-V from Honda ranked fourth and fifth, with sales of 16,300 and 15,520 units, respectively. Honda CR-V sales increased significantly from the previous month, but still fell by 50.7% year-on-year, far from its peak sales level.
Volkswagen Tuyue sales declined, with sales of 11,142 vehicles in November, ranking sixth, down 21.5% year-on-year. Volkswagen Tango sold 7730 vehicles, ranking ninth, down 43.9% year-on-year.
In terms of luxury brands, BMW X1 sold 8595 units, ranking seventh; Audi Q3 sales of 8300 units, ranking eighth; Mercedes-Benz GLB sales of 6648 units, ranking thirteenth.
Other joint venture compact SUVs with sales of more than 5,000 units in November include: jetta VS5 sales were stable at 7717 units; Mitsubishi Outlander sold 7,047 units, reaching the best sales level this year; Hyundai ix35 sold 6,685 units, a steady increase in sales; and Volkswagen ID.4 CROZZ sold 5,187 units.
It is worth mentioning that the sales of the new generation of X-Trail are still not ideal, with sales of only 4,080 units in November, and the market competitiveness of three-cylinder models is not strong. At present, the X-Trail Honor Edition, which is based on the previous generation of models, is on the market, and the new car uses a four-cylinder engine, which may help X-Jun achieve sales in the future.
