7. Pour half a bowl of mutton broth into the pot and then add half a bowl of water, add black fungus, broken white steamed buns and vermicelli, bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 1 minute, add the cut lamb pieces, boil again and add salt and white pepper to taste. Add chili oil and minced garlic.
