Consumers purchase a car to receive coupons, first-come, first-served, while stocks last.
The denomination of the car consumption coupon and the conditions of use
A total of 6 million yuan was issued for this consumption coupon. Among them, if the sales price of a family car is more than 200,000 yuan (including 200,000 yuan), you can receive a car consumption coupon of 8,000 yuan; if the sales price of a family car is greater than 100,000 yuan and less than 200,000 yuan, you can receive a car consumption coupon of 4,000 yuan; if you buy a family car with a sales price of less than 100,000 yuan (including 100,000 yuan), you can receive a car consumption coupon of 1,000 yuan.
How to use the car coupon
1. Individual consumers independently purchase family cars in participating automobile sales enterprises (4S stores);
2. The automobile sales enterprise (4S shop) settles with the car buyer at the actual sales price;
3. After the car purchase consumer submits the car purchase invoice (scanned copy) through the "Shiche Xiuche Network" platform, he or she will receive the car consumption coupon corresponding to the car purchase price;
4. After the consumer picks up the car, the automobile sales enterprise (4S store) submits the following car purchase proof materials to the platform:
(1) "Application Form for Subsidies for Individual Purchase of Family Cars" stamped with the official seal of the automobile sales enterprise
(2) Identification certificate of the consumer who purchased the car (copy)
(3) Invoice for the purchase of a new family car during the event (copy)
(4) New purchase of family car driving license (copy)
(5) The car buyer's own bank card (copy)
5. The Municipal Bureau of Commerce organizes a third party to review the car purchase certification materials, and after the review is passed, the subsidy payment is credited to the bank card submitted by the car buyer according to the denomination of the car consumption coupon received by the car buyer.
Special tips
1. Car buyers must purchase family cars at participating car sales enterprises (4S stores) to receive consumption coupons;
2. Coupon collection time: December 19, 2021 to December 31, 2021, 9:00-18:00 every day; 18:00 to 9:00 the next day is the system maintenance time, and the invoice cannot be uploaded during the maintenance period;
3. The invoice date for uploading the purchase invoice must be: 9:00 on December 19, 2021 to 18:00 on December 31, 2021;
4. Consumers who fail to provide relevant supporting materials before February 28, 2022 will no longer be subsidized;
5. This subsidy is only subsidized for individual consumers;
6. The car consumption coupon, bank card (the name of the car buyer's own bank card and the details of the bank opening bank), ID card, driving license and invoice of the person who applies for the subsidy must be the same person.
