On December 17, Mercedes-Benz's new EQS was launched, with a total of four models, priced from 1.0796 million to 1.5186 million yuan.
The EQS is the flagship model of the Mercedes-Benz EQ product line, positioning a large luxury pure electric sedan with a length of 5224 mm and a wheelbase of 3210 mm. At present, the luxury electric vehicle field is also available in the Tesla Model S Audi e-tron Sportback, as well as the BMW iX and Gaohe HiPhi X.
EQS is the first new car on Mercedes-Benz EVA pure electric platform, which is not like the oil-to-electricity EQC, on the EVA platform, there will be new cars such as EQE, EQE SUV and EQS SUV in the future.

The EQS's driver assistance is aligned with the new S-Class and can support high-spec L2 driver assistance with features such as adaptive cruise, lane keeping and automatic lane change assist. Mercedes-Benz's DRIVE PILOT driver assistance system also supports conditional autonomous driving, which is L3 level.
Overall, the highlights of EQS are obvious, long battery life + adequate power and driving assistance. As for the more extreme acceleration and charging, it is not yet up to the top level in the industry.
The interior of the EQS has a decent sense of luxury and technology, and this time the EQS screen offers two solutions, the normal version is similar to the fuel version of the S class. The high-end equipment is equipped with MBUX Hyperscreen super screen, which is the first time it has been applied to Mercedes-Benz models. In terms of intelligence, EQS can learn the driver's car habits by measuring the perceived distance, vehicle speed, acceleration, lighting conditions, temperature, seat and driver's facial movements through hundreds of sensors. For example, actively turn on seat heating or air conditioning, which reflects true intelligence at the use level. MBUX has the ability to learn independently, and EQS has even entered the field of smart cars.
