More than five hundred years have passed, and how will the unity of knowledge and action that he advocated, the practice of doing things, and the conscience affect the people of today? Let us follow in the footsteps of a generation of spiritual masters, feel the wisdom of the unity of knowledge and action, and taste the pride of my heart.

First, ask the sages
In 1472, Wang Shouren was born into a prominent family in Yuyao, Zhejiang, and his father Wang Hua was an official in the Rebbe Shangshu. It is said that his mother was pregnant for more than ten months before giving birth, and when she was about to give birth, her grandmother dreamed of sending a son in the clouds of immortals, and when his grandfather heard about it, he thought that the child's history was extraordinary, so he named him "Wang Yun". And the building where he was born was called The Ruiyun Building. Wang Yun could not speak until he was 5 years old, but he had memorized the books his grandfather had read. Later, under the guidance of a high-ranking person, it was renamed "Wang Shouren", taken from the allusion of the Analects that "if you know it, ren cannot keep it, although you gain it, you will lose it". Sure enough, after the name change, a surprising sentence was opened, and the opening was the Confucian classic "University", which was out of control, and since then he has not only read books, but also dabbled in a wide range, showing his side as a gifted child. At the age of twelve, Wang Shouren began to study private school, and at a young age, he had lofty ambitions. Once when he discussed with his husband what a first-class matter was, he was shocked, thinking that "the ascension of the first is not a first-class thing, or the study of the sage's ear." This means that being an official is not a first-class thing, but a first-class thing is to read and be a sage. At a young age, he set a lofty ambition to become a saint. At the age of fifteen, he traveled alone to Juyongguan and Shanhaiguan for a month, and he already had the ambition to go through the four directions and wave the square. Later, Wang Shouren called himself Yang Mingzi because he had built a room to cultivate in Yang Mingdong, Huiji Mountain, so he was called Mr. Yang Ming.

Second, the Dragon Field Enlightenment Is Reasonable
In the first year of Ming Zhengde (1506), Wang Shouren served as the head of the military department for three years, and was retaliated against for opposing the power of the powerful eunuch Liu Jin and forming a party for personal gain. Regarding the harsh environment of Longchang, the annals record: "Longchang is in the ten thousand mountains in northwest Guizhou, snakes and rays, poisonous miasma, and Juyi people are difficult to speak, and those who can speak are dead in Middle-earth. "During the period of disparaging the Dragon Farm, Mr. Yang Ming was physically and mentally devastated, but he was not crushed by adversity, but he continued to improve himself and face life and death. He often pondered the question of "what is the way of the saints when they are here", and suddenly on a night of thunder and lightning, he realized the purpose of the knowledge of the things, and could not help but shout a long time, "Knowing the way of the saints, I am self-sufficient, and those who seek reason from them are mistaken." This is the "Dragon Field Enlightenment". The key is to understand that "there is nothing outside the heart" and think that the truth does not need to be sought outwardly, but only introspection into the heart. His "mind is reason" is beyond the existence of a higher realm of matter, paying more attention to discovering the value of individual life, laying a solid foundation for the great wisdom of Wang Yangming's mind.
Ryuba Enlightenment
Yang Ming's heart study is by no means a paper talk, Wang Yangming sharpened his will in hardships and hardships, and experienced the great wisdom of saving people's hearts and solving practical problems in practice. He implemented the idea of the unity of knowledge and action in daily life, and formed the cultivation method of "grinding on things", which was later called "practice on things" that was later called the unity of work and practice. His whole life is the best endorsement of psychology. He was not only a thinker, but also an educator, a military man. Wang Yangming had three major achievements in his life, the Jiangxi Ping Bandit, the Pingning Wang Rebellion, and the Guangxi Ping Bandit.
In the eleventh year of Zhengde (1516), the bandit plague in the four prefectures of Nan, Gan, Ting, and Zhang, became more and more intense, and it seemed to be in the trend of burning the plains, becoming a major problem for the imperial court. At the recommendation of Wang Qiong, who was then the Shangshu of the Bingbu, Wang Yangming was promoted to the post of Imperial Governor of the Imperial Household, and inspected Nan, Gan, Ting, and Zhang. As soon as he took office, he used his powerful insight to quickly understand the situation, and in one fell swoop, he pulled out the eyeliner that the bandits had planted in the official palace, making them double-faced spies for his own use. In order to completely quell the bandit plague, he integrated the "Art of War of Sun Tzu" and created a peculiar art of war, which attacked the east and the west, taking it by surprise, and quite a clever calculation of Zhuge Liang's use of soldiers. He not only demanded control upwards, but also practiced the Ten Houses of Cards and the self-sufficient new army downwards, strategically seeking the near and far, dividing the bandit strongholds one by one, and finally breaking and dividing them, and executing the bandit leaders who pretended to surrender one by one. In this way, the nangan bandits who had repeatedly been uneasy and uneven were flattened in one fell swoop. In order to achieve long-term peace and stability in this area, he preached the wind of education and education, put forward the "to the conscience" religion, and vigorously advocated the destruction of the thieves in the hearts of the people.

In the fourteenth year of Zhengde (1519), Zhu Chenhao, the king of Ning, who harbored wolf ambitions, used the excuse that Emperor Wuzong was absurd and unscrupulous, and on June 14, he raised an army, gathered 300,000 people, and led his boat division to cover the east of the river, all the way to take Nanjing. The rebellion of the King of Ning, who had been plotting for ten years, finally broke out, and Wang Shouren, who was then the inspector of Tinggan and the capital Yushi who was preparing to go to Fujian to suppress bandits, had already had an insight into this, and immediately recruited the army to mobilize grain and grass and prepare to lead the army to quell the rebellion. He adopted offensive tactics and divisive tactics to conquer the enemy's base camp with lightning speed when Zhu Chenhao was uncertain about delaying the fighter. When Zhu Chenhao heard the news, he ignored the persuasion of his subordinates to return to Nanchang, but was repelled by an ambush set by Wang Shouren, and the next day Wang Shouren attacked with fire, and Zhu Chenhao was defeated and captured.

The Guangxi Ping Bandit is Mr. Yang Ming's third major achievement. In the middle and late Ming Dynasty, the local tusi power expanded and gradually became a local force against the ming dynasty officials. In addition, the magistrates had to face their defection due to their excessive dependence on the strong wolf soldiers to participate in the war. The situation is very passive. The Dayeng Gorge, which is easy to defend and difficult to attack, and has a complex terrain, is a hotbed for the growing bandit forces. Mr. Yang Ming was ordered to raise more than 100,000 troops, copied the experience of quelling the bandits in Jiangxi in that year, surrounded the cottages around the Datangxia Gorge separately, cut off the enemy's material supplies, and used the war of attrition to force the opponent to obey. Then deliberately flowed out the loopholes, buried ambushes, and destroyed them in one fell swoop when the rebels broke through, and finally temporarily stabilized the situation in Lingnan.
Third, this heart is bright and reassuring
Mr. Yang Ming, due to long-term accumulation of labor and illness, knew that his life would soon be over, longed for the leaves to fall back to the roots, helpless years did not spare people, Jiajing 7 November 29, at the end of the day, (January 9, 1529 morning eight or nine o'clock) on the river surface of xiaguang wandao, a life through ups and downs to die, set up a great cause, Wang Yangming, who founded the brilliant thought of Biao Bingqian Qiu, only left one sentence: "This heart is bright, and what is the word!" Then he passed away with a smile. In order to commemorate Wang Yangming's "Wang Xue", later generations built Yangming Academy in the place where Yangming once taught, in order to pass on his way.

Wen Shijun said:
Wang Yangming was not only proficient in literature and history, but also good at leading troops in combat, and was a rare all-round Confucian in Chinese history. He sought reason in the midst of many difficulties and pioneered the Yangming Mind Science, making it a far-reaching philosophy of life. Wang Shishen, a famous scholar of the Qing Dynasty, commented on Mr. Yang Ming: "Wang Wenchenggong is a first-class figure in the Ming Dynasty, and his morality, meritorious service, and speech are all at the top. "His great wisdom in life deserves to be studied respectfully and appreciated by future generations."
