Fan Zhongyan has been worried all his life. However, he is "worried about the king and the people.") Some of us have been worried all our lives, but we are worried about fame and fortune. In fact, everyone has a sense of responsibility. However, when the sense of responsibility has brought benefits to itself, when enjoying the benefits, the mentality will change, the sense of interest will become heavier and heavier, and the sense of responsibility will begin to degenerate. The reason why we say "Li Ling Zhi Di" is also precisely here. Therefore, whether to devote one's sense of responsibility to "seeking the Tao" or to "seeking profits" has already been divided between reading books to become officials and studying to govern the country. Drucker, Dr. Deming, discovered the importance of conscientiousness. However, in the general direction of putting the sense of responsibility into the general direction of "seeking the way" or "seeking profits", they chose the route of "seeking benefits" to activate the sense of responsibility. Therefore, when the interest or enjoyment of interest reaches a certain level, the sense of profit can easily replace or cover the sense of responsibility.

Today, some people have a big fortune and a coarse temperament; when the shop is big, they deceive customers; when they have a high level of merit, they cover the lord; when they have great power, they seek personal gain; as soon as they have money, they spend their hearts; and when they have a big reputation, they have a temper. There is a poem that says it best: "A white cloud crosses the valley mouth, and many birds nest at night." "But no, how many companies tend to lose their way when they are successful, and that's why." The seeker has wisdom, never forgets to seek the Tao, and the wisdom of everything flickers. If a person forgets to lose his Daoist heart: when he becomes famous, it is the day when he folds the ship. As Lao Tzu said, "Misfortune depends on blessings, blessings lie, and misfortunes lie." "The deeper the roots and the deeper the sense of responsibility, the more prosperous its family business." Fan Zhongyan's family business has prospered from generation to generation because of his deep sense of responsibility. Compared with Fan Zhongyan's "worrying about the king and worrying about the people", the management philosophy of the two masters, the regrets are self-evident.

In the last sentence at the end of "The University", Zeng Zi said: "This means that the country does not take profit as profit, but takes righteousness as profit." "Righteousness and profit, which is the end?" Today, how many people are not "seeing profit and forgetting righteousness"? And how many people are "seeing the righteousness of the lith"? To chase after ill-gotten gains is to give up one's roots and to the end. Responsibility is the end, interest is the end.

To be honest, Fan Zhongyan's Daoist heart is much deeper than what we say.

In his later years, Fan Zhongyan's family advised him to buy a property and live in peace. Fan Zhongyan said, "People have moral pleasures, but their shapes and skeletons can be outside, and their living rooms are in a good place!" The meaning is very clear, the morality is in the heart, and the joy is endless. The body is only the house of the heart, I have put down the skeleton of my body, do you still care about the house outside the body! Fan Zhongyan was a man who heard the Tao, truly understood what the "unity of heaven and man" was all about, and reached the realm of What Confucius said, "When you hear the Tao, you can die at night" as Confucius said.

Chinese culture, today we misunderstand too much, too much to be true. What about authentic Chinese culture? Ming Confucian Wang Yangming is a generationary chinese culture. So, what does the Chinese culture inherited by Wang Yangming look like?

There are records in the literature that Wang Yangmingsheng is heterogeneous and extraordinary. Before he was born, his grandmother dreamed that the gods were dressed in jade clouds, holding a naked son, and coming from the sky. At the age of 5, Wang Yangming could not speak. However, I was able to memorize the books my grandfather had read. Wang Yangming, Character Shouren. Wang Shouren's name has a different meaning. The righteousness of shou ren was taken from the Analects by his grandfather: "If you know it, you cannot keep it, and if you gain it, you will lose it." "Benevolent, there are many who know, and there are few who keep." The so-called keeper, knowing and able to do, perseverance.

When Wang Yangming was 10 years old, his father, The Duke of Longshan, went to Beijing to become an official. Wang Yangming also followed his father to Beijing. Wang Yangming, 12 years old, entered the Beijing Division to study. Wang Yangming is not the kind of child we imagine who loves to read. The teacher was in class, but he sneaked out of the class and played a game with a group of children to catch the bandits. When The Duke of Longshan found out, he angrily rebuked his son, saying, "Our family has been distinguished by reading for generations, and we have not made meritorious achievements by fighting wars." Wang Yangming did not show weakness, and asked his father: "Father zhongyuan, children and grandchildren must still be yuan?" The father replied sharply: "Our family, now I am the leader of my generation." If you want to be a middle-class person, you must study diligently on your own. Wang Yangming smiled and said to his father, "Our family is only the middle leader of your generation, so what is rare?" Later, Wang Yangming asked his teacher: "What can the world do for the first class?" The teacher said, "Like Ling Zun, Zhongzhuangyuan can be regarded as the first class." Wang Yangming said disapprovingly: "There will always be a champion, so what a first-class person." The teacher was surprised and asked doubtfully, "In your opinion, what is the first class?" Wang Yangming said without hesitation: "Only as a sage, he is the first person in the world." It is hard to imagine that a 12-year-old child has the heart of a saint and takes "being a saint" as his life goal. Wang Yangming, in the inheritance of Chinese culture, can be described as a generation of masters. There are poetry clouds: the world's lectures are full of fur, and although the reputation is long and practical, there is nothing. Nourishing conscience fills the heavens and the earth, and Yang Ming is the disciple of Zhongni. (Feng Menglong's "Three Teachings and Evens")

Conscience, also known as conscience, is the core concept of Wang Yangming's psychology (science). Management, people-oriented; people, heart-based. What kind of heart determines what kind of life. The heart is the master of life management. Management is the original function of the heart; conscience, a good attitude, can manage a full and happy life. People's hearts are divided into good and bad, words and deeds are divided into good and evil, and life is divided into noble and lowly. Conscience is for everyone, and they are not self-aware of their use. If you ignore your conscience, or even destroy your conscience, your conscience will "cast a pearl in the dark." Therefore, Wang Yangming proposed that all those who become holy must take the road of "to conscience." What is conscience? To the conscience, to the conscience, is to the meaning of coming from the other. To the conscience, from the mentality, is from the confusion, fear and uneasiness, back to a happy and satisfying life.

Feng Menglong is very remarkable, not only a novelist, but also a Taoist master. He once wrote a biographical novel called "Three Teachings and Evens". Among them, it is divided into three parts. First, in the "Records of the Birth of Mr. Wang Yangming of the Emperor Ming Dynasty", there is a passage dedicated to the origin of Wang Yangming's conscience. At that time, Wang Yangming was an official of the imperial court, and because he offended the grand eunuch Liu Jin, his father was implicated and "disarmed and returned to the field", and he himself was also assigned to Guizhou Longchang. After suffering hardships, honors and humiliations, Wang Yangming has seen through and put it down, "only life and death are one thought, and self-examination has not been able to transcend."

Mencius personally gave a lecture to Wang Yangming, and although this statement is a novel, it is true. Once man "speaks to his conscience," he knows everything in the world. Conscience is in the heart, and nothing is sought. Restore conscience, people no longer think wildly, no longer confused, no longer afraid and uneasy. Conscience, how to recover? Don't think about it, don't get it. How not to think, not to encourage? Wang Yangming's secret method is: "After the residence, the stone is chiseled into the rafter, and sits in it day and night." If you have a heart full of it, if you forget all your life's sufferings. Meaning, behind the house, Wang Yangming chiseled a boulder into a grotto like a coffin. Then, I sat in it day and night. Meditate, settle down, can't remember, forget day and night, honor and disgrace are destroyed. The human heart is still, the light of wisdom, no darkness, no light. Conscience is the heart of wisdom. To the conscience is to make the next meditation effort to restore the wisdom of man. No matter how much knowledge a person has, it is not as good as restoring his conscience. Therefore, knowledge is like a "tributary", and conscience is a "river and sea". It is also said that blind people, even if they hear the knowledge of "learning the five cars of wealth", are not as much as the clear-eyed people who "can't read big characters" see more. To conscience is to heal the blind and restore their normal vision. In this way, even if there is no one to "guide the way", you can walk freely. The human heart is like an eye, the wise are not hindered, the blind are confused, and the blind are far apart. In short, Wang Yangming advocated that it is better to seek knowledge than to seek wisdom.

To the conscience, its "conscience" is derived from Mencius's Mencius Dedication Chapter.

Mencius said, "He who does not learn and is able to do so is also good; and he who knows what he does not care about knows also has his conscience."

To conscience is the fusion of knowledge and conscience. The knowledge of the grid is from the "University". The "University" says: "Those who desire to be clear and virtuous in the world in the ancient world will first govern their country; those who want to govern their country will first cultivate their homes; those who want to cultivate their homes first cultivate their bodies; those who want to cultivate their bodies first straighten out their hearts; those who want to straighten out their hearts first be sincere; those who want to be sincere in their intentions will first give them knowledge; and those who want to know what they want to know; and those who want to know what they want to do." "To know is to know, and its knowledge is conscience, not knowledge. In ZengZi's view, sincerity, righteousness, self-cultivation, family unity, governance of the country, and peace in the world, the cornerstone is the knowledge of qualities. In other words, whether it is self-management or managing the world, the knowledge of the grid is the "fulcrum" of the earth.
