Zhu Chenhao was a descendant of Zhu Quan, the 17th son of Zhu Yuanzhang, and was the fifth king of Ning, with a fief in Nanchang. Although King Ning lived in a carved beam and painted building and ate mountain treasures and seafood, he always thought that there was a throne in the air, which did not mean much. Several warlocks around Zhu Chenhao, seeing that he was ambitious, had ulterior motives to clamor in his ears all day long, either calling him extraordinary and rich, or saying that there was the qi of the Son of Heaven in the southeast of Nanchang City, which was a treasure of feng shui for the emperor. Zhu Chenhao was originally a person who did not know the height of the sky and the thickness of the earth, and he was about to open a dyeing factory with two colors, and after listening to this kind of "flickering", how could he follow his ambitions? He even dreamed of seizing the throne.

The reason why Zhu Chenhao, who was increasingly distraught, did not immediately raise the banner of rebellion was that he saw that the Zhengde Emperor had no queen, and the Qunchen repeatedly asked him to summon the prince's son as an heir as soon as possible, so Zhu Chenhao was very eager to let his son fill this vacancy. If this wish of his can be realized, not only will the throne fall into his own hands smoothly, but he will not have to take any risks, let alone bear the charge of "disobedience", so he has not acted.
If according to the blood relationship, Zhu Chenhao is a relatively distant royal family, and the possibility of his son being elected as the imperial heir is very slim. But he also believes that things are man-made, and that 1% hope can sometimes become 100% fact. So Zhu Chenhao first used money to open the way and bought the internal response in the DPRK. Emperor Mingwuzong's favored men, Zang Xian and Qian Ning, the chancellors, were the ones that Zhu Chenhao could use at any time. So he asked Zang Xian and Channing to say good things for themselves in front of the emperor, and to praise him at every opportunity for how virtuous and filial piety he was. To praise himself is to praise his son, in order to one day be elected to the palace and to the throne.
Mere verbal praise is not enough, there needs to be real action. Zhu Chenhao then asked Channing for help, asking for the emperor's holy will, "summoning his son Si Xiang Taimiao" to prepare for and lay the foundation for the future succession to the throne. The so-called "summoning his son Si Xiang Taimiao" is to summon Zhu Chenhao's eldest son to Beijing and let him undertake the task of Si Xiang during the sacrifice ceremony held at the Taimiao Temple. This role is usually reserved only for the emperor's concubine. Therefore, once his son reached the Taimiao Temple, he actually obtained the status of Prince of Huai. Zhengde not only agreed to Zhu Chenhao's request, but also used "heterochromatic dragon notes, plus gold to repay the gift.". Zhu Chenhao was overjoyed. He not only held a special solemn ceremony to welcome the arrival of this holy decree, but also coerced the local officials and the people to jointly praise his filial piety.
Zhu Chenhao attached so much importance to this holy will, in addition to its content is the result he hoped to get, but also because the paper used in this holy will is given a meaning beyond the norm. Under normal circumstances, the "allosaurus note" is used only when issuing the letter of the superintendent (the edict acting as the state official). The issuance of the edict on this special paper is originally a special honor, a clear hint, a symbol of a special status and status, and when the edict written in the "heterochromatic dragon note" is issued, it is wrapped in gold paper, which makes the status and meaning of this holy will even more extraordinary. With such a special holy will, how could Zhu Chenhao not be as happy as receiving the Most Precious Treasure?
However, just as the so-called cleverness was mistaken by the clever, Zhu Chenhao was overjoyed, and suddenly received news that Zhengde had reclaimed the guard army of the Ning King's Palace and ordered it to return the captured mintian. Although Zhu Chenhao did not understand what was going on, he realized that the situation had changed completely, and it was absolutely impossible for his son to succeed to the throne. On June 14, 1519, in the fourteenth year of Zhengde (1519), Zhu Chenhao gathered an army, issued a letter of rebellion, and began to continuously conquer Jiujiang, Nankang (present-day Xingzi County) and other places.
In July, he led the boat division down the river and attacked Anqing, pointing to Nanjing. The Zhengde Emperor ordered Inspector Tinggan and Yushi Wang Shouren to quell the rebellion, and Wang Shouren gathered the armies of various provinces and took advantage of the emptiness of Nanchang to conquer it in one fell swoop. At that time, Zhu Chenhao was attacking Anqing, and when he heard that Nanchang had fallen, he panicked and hurried back to the division to rescue him. Wang Shouren fought, and Zhu Chenhao, his sons, the king of the county, and the generals were all captured. From the time Zhu Chenhao started the incident to the time he was captured, there were only 43 days before and after. The following year, Zhu Chenhao was executed in Tongzhou and burned to ashes, and the fiefdom of King Ning was also explicitly abolished.
Zhu Chenhao raised an army to rebel and plotted for a long time, and Zhengde awarded him the "Heterochromatic Dragon Note" in order to delay the time of his rebellion, and when the time was ripe, he would annihilate it in one fell swoop. Playing politics is playing with the eyes of the heart, how much is true?
