A 23-year-old woman in Wuxi, who has been missing for six days and works at a Sheraton hotel, said the courier had sat on the sidewalk and was in a bad mood

"The child has been missing for several days and is not making any progress now." Ms. Niu spoke quickly, and her daughter Niu Jianjun was missing in Wuxi for 6 days and has not been heard from so far.

If there is no accident, on the evening of December 9, Niu Jianjun will work at the hotel before 23:00. She is 23 years old, a native of Hefei, Anhui Province, and came to the Sheraton Wuxi Hotel two months ago to work in the front office department.

She was late for the day. The supervisor called her and shut down. The mother's phone was also not answered, Niu Jianjun's mother, Ms. Niu, said that she was already asleep at the time, and the next morning at seven o'clock in the morning she received a call from the hotel manager and learned of the news that her daughter was missing.

Through the surveillance video, the family saw the figure of the suspected Niu Jianjun appearing at the north gate of the Jinghongyuan community in Wuxi. She disappeared after exiting the North Gate.

On the evening of December 14, the Binhu Branch of Wuxi Public Security issued a notice saying that the Binhu police had actively carried out investigation and search work after receiving the alarm on the evening of December 10, and that the missing persons had not yet been found, and the police were looking for it with all their might.

After Niu Jianjun disappeared, his family posted the search notice and surveillance footage on the Internet, and got some echoes. Ms. Niu said that a courier who saw the video called her and said that she had seen Niu Jianjun by the Liangxi River north of Jinghongyuan that night, and that she was sitting on the sidewalk and did not look very emotional.

According to media reports, the property staff of Jinghongyuan Community said that on the day of the incident, a girl suspected of Niu Jianjun said that the document fell from the bridge to the river, because she could not directly go from under the bridge to the river, she had asked the owner where the north gate leading to the river was, "mistakenly hit and bumped into our Jinghongyuan."

Where will my daughter go? Ms. Niu had no clue, she only knew that the last contact between mother and daughter was on the evening of December 8. On the video call, her daughter said that she planned to go home once every two days, and she also made an appointment with a few friends to meet.

Niu Jianjun's mother was supposed to take the high-speed train to Hefei at 11:00 noon on the 10th to pick up her daughter. But at the high-speed rail station, Ms. Niu watched the arrival time pass and still did not pick her up.

Feeling that the situation was not right, she rushed to Wuxi and reported the case to the police.

She saw through the surveillance video that at 10:24 p.m. on the 9th, a figure that resembled her daughter appeared at the entrance of the Jinghongyuan community in Wuxi. After 4 minutes, she walked out of the north gate of the neighborhood.

Ms. Niu said the women in the surveillance footage looked a lot like her daughter, but the picture was blurry and she was not entirely sure.

In the surveillance footage of the girl walking out of the north gate, she bent down and bowed her head, her face covered by hair, and even the color of her clothes was different from what had been filmed by the previous surveillance.

The woman wears a dark top, pants, and boots. A minute later, in the surveillance footage of the North Gate, her blouse and pants were white, and her shoes were black.

Police explained that it was a light problem. "They say how can it be a minute before they can change clothes." Ms. Niu is still puzzled by this explanation.

What made her feel strange was that this community was not a necessary place for Niu Jianjun to go to work. The hotel staff said, "It can be said that it is the complete opposite direction." After coming out of the staff dormitory, Niu Jianjun should go to the right when going to work in the hotel, not in the direction where the Jinghongyuan community is located.

No one knows why she appeared in the neighborhood that night.

In the surveillance footage, the woman looked calm, "it doesn't look like something happened, it seems to be looking for someone, or someone asking her out." Ms. Niu said.
