He possessed immortal talent and wisdom to help Liu Bei help the Shu kingdom achieve the victory of the Three Kingdoms. Shandong is a coastal area with superior natural conditions and no difficulties in growing grain. Therefore, natural disasters such as famine will not occur. People will live and work in peace and contentment, and naturally they will not think of rebellion.
