Zhou Huijun, born in 1939, is a native of Zhenhai, Zhejiang. He was the vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, the chairman of the Shanghai Calligraphers Association, and is now an advisor to the Chinese Calligraphers Association, an honorary member of the Shanghai Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, an honorary chairman of the Shanghai Calligraphers Association, and a first-class artist of the Shanghai Chinese Painting Academy. In 2014, he won the Outstanding Contribution Award of the Shanghai Literature and Art Award and the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Lanting Award of Chinese Calligraphy.

Zhou Huijun's calligraphy has been personally taught by famous calligraphers such as Shen Yinmo, Gong Delin, and Weng Minyun, and her calligraphy style is strong and long-winded, smooth and bright, and has its own style.

Zhou Huijun's calligraphy has two major characteristics:

One is to use the pen brightly.
