One avocado
Two potatoes (small in size).
One hard-boiled egg
Ham diced 30g
30 g of diced cucumbers
Milk 50g
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Mayonnaise 50g
1. Peel and cook the potatoes
2. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add the milk and crush them to a puree
3. Crush the eggs and mix well with the potatoes
4. The avocado is divided in two
5. Mix half the avocado into the potatoes, add a little salt and black pepper and mix well
6. Finally add the diced cucumber, diced ham and mayonnaise and stir well
7. Decorate the other half of the avocado
