According to the "Chronicle of Chongqing Jinxing Candy Factory", in June 1951, Minfu Food Factory changed from a private enterprise to a cooperative enterprise, and the name of the factory was changed to: Heji United. And become a medium-sized food enterprise with advanced production equipment and more than 120 employees. In 1954, the factory entered the state-owned industry as one of the first joint ventures and was renamed: Venus Confectionery Factory.
