Law enforcement personnel take the previous inspection problem ledger as the benchmark, and further urge the food production and business operation units to carry out food safety self-inspections on a regular basis, implement the "two responsibilities", check whether the business conditions of the operators are clean and hygienic, whether the purchase inspection system is strictly implemented, whether to post the poster of the "Beef Jerky Standard Business Code", whether to sign and post the "Beef Jerky Standard Business Commitment" in a prominent position, whether to sell the beef jerky in accordance with the requirements, and whether the bulk food label indicates the name and contact information of the food. The production date or production batch number, shelf life, producer's name and contact information, etc., and severely crack down on illegal and unlicensed operations, illegal packaging and packaging of beef jerky, adulteration, fake as real, fake brand, false propaganda and other violations of laws and regulations. At the same time, through the "Mirror Law Enforcement" column of the Flag Bureau, the knowledge of beef jerky purchase and consumption is popularized, and consumers are guided to pay attention to the matters that need to be paid attention to when purchasing pre-packaged beef jerky and bulk beef jerky, respectively, from the aspects of labeling, fiber texture and taste.
As of April 11, 26 specialty specialty stores (including 1 wholesale enterprise), 2 small workshops and 96 food business households operating beef jerky have been inspected in an all-round way, 260 guidance signs of "beef jerky area" and "non-beef jerky area" have been issued, 160 posters of the "Beef Jerky Standardized Business Code" have been posted, 160 copies of the "Beef Jerky Standardized Business Commitment Letter" have been signed, and posted in a prominent position, 2 notices of correction have been issued, and 1 case has been filed. In the next step, the Zhungeer Banner Market Supervision and Administration Bureau will continue to increase the intensity of food safety supervision and inspection and the frequency of random inspections, establish a long-term supervision mechanism, strictly abide by the control, and actively publicize and implement food safety laws and regulations to food producers and operators from a variety of channels, and require all business entities to enhance their awareness of the main responsibility, eliminate potential food safety hazards in a timely manner, implement the "two responsibilities", and comprehensively standardize the operation order of the specialty beef jerky market.
