As the landmark building of the expansion project of Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base, the Sightseeing Watchtower, the whole tower is 69.8 meters high and has a total of 9 floors, presenting multiple spaces such as a dynamic stage, panda theater, art gallery, creative book house, bamboo leaf tea room, adventure time and space, and viewing platform. The tower is full of steel structures and glass curtain walls, the shape of the tower is mushrooming, and the floor space is guided by hibiscus flowers, and visitors seem to be in the midst of a grand scene of flowers.

According to reports, the overall project is divided into two phases of construction, the first phase of the project entered the construction site in December 2019, and the second phase of the project entered the construction site in June 2020, expanding from the original 1035 mu to 3570 mu.
